I sold two books to Booktocash and had to follow up on the status of the sale because I had not heard but tracking showed that the package with the two books had arrived at the Booktocash address. I rec'd an email stating I would receive a check for one of the books with no mention of the other book. I had to email again and was told that two separate checks had been sent. Well, I rec'd a check for the lower priced book but nothing for the more expensive book even though Booktocash showed that I had rec'd both checks. When I told them I had not rec'd both checks, I waited a couple days to see if the other check would arrive, it didn't. So I emailed BTC again and they reissued the check which I did receive, but I doubt that I would have rec'd the second check if I had not kept in contact.
The good part was that they were quick to respond to emails, the bad part was that they were not always clear about the status of the total order. I got straightened out in the end, but if you sell to any bookseller, you need to stay on top of the books and the payment. Not sure I would use BTC again unless they offered a really good price on a book I was trying to sell.

I quickly turned my used books stored in the warehouse into cash.

I mailed them my book about 3 weeks ago, and there's been no payment. Tracking said book was delivered, so I don't understand why they have not sent my money.

My book shows it was delivered to them on 4/10/24, it is now 4/24/24 and no payment has been made. They haven't replied to my email or answered my phone calls.

I submitted a buyback order, but sent the wrong book by accident (one in which they do not even accept), and they decided to give me payment anyways, even though they never received the correct book. Customer service was helpful, timely, and friendly. 10/10

Order status states "Not received"as of 02/24/23, however when I check tracking, order shows it was delivered 02/13/2023. I have tried chatting online with their support and sending an email - no response from either attempt.

Edit!!! - After writing the review, the refund has been processed.

Sent in my books and per the tracking #, BooktoCash received my books 1.5 months ago but not yet to acknowledge this or process my books on their website. I sent an email and have not heard back. Poor communication and very slow service! The previous textbooks sites I have used were much faster.

Update: After posting my review, BooktoCash contacted me immediately and promptly took care of my transaction with excellent communication and follow-up.

Great experience trading with this company. Definitely will be using this again in the future.

Mailed books in April. Still waiting for payment into my Paypal account. Emailed 2 times and still no response.

I sent in 3 shipments of books beginning in March. All were received and none were paid for. I emailed and sent a message through their website asking him to pay for the orders and there has been no response. Seems like a fraudulent site to me.

Update: He did finally respond to my email and did finally pay for my books. He claimed in the email that it involved cancelling an original payment and re-sending it. In any case, he did pay, but it wasn't a smooth process as others have mentioned.

Best app I've used for getting cash for books! Out of all I've used, at least 4 others, bookstocash gives the best money for the books. Very pleased. Easy to use and send in. Cash within 4 days of them recieving shipment.
