Received a fake Maxyfill for the body

Received a fake Maxyfill for the body.

1) The outer box dimensions should measure precisely 12.7 cm × 6.3 cm – counterfeit versions often deviate by ±5% due to cheaper manufacturing.

- It is 13 cm × 6.5 cm.

2) The expiration date should be heat-stamped, not stickered – 78% of counterfeit fillers fail this test.

- It is stickered.

3) Genuine products have a holographic seal (98% authentic).

- There is no holographic seal.

I asked them to send me a return label; they replied with a link to the store where they bought it, and if I use it, I will see no difference from what I had before.
I asked them for the certificate for the received batch serial, but they replied that they are waiting for this from the seller. I work in this field, and all of the products were coming with certificates automatically.

I took a risk, and both bottles had a watery consistency compared to usual, and some product was stuck in the bottle. There were no issues with the bottles before.


I sent them an email stating that it is not what I had before and they should send me at least a partial refund, but after all of that they replied with an email with their address where I can return it, they will issue a refund if the items are unused.

Updated after reply: The seller's reply is a total lie. I asked for a return label in the first email because the product had three signs of being fake. However, my return request was ignored, and I was told that I would see that the product is not fake through its consistency. After I emailed them for the certificate for the batch serial, they still have not sent it to me. After that, I opened both bottles I received, and messaged them that it was not what I had before, and only after that they played the fool and gave me the return address for unopened bottles, which I no longer had at that time. I did not ask for 20 percent refund.

At Boost My Skin, we take all customer input seriously, as it helps us grow. However, in this case, we believe the customer attempted to obtain a refund through pressure rather than a valid concern.

The customer initially claimed the Maxy Fill product was “fake” based on information from a third-party European website. We explained that all our products are sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors and are 100% authentic.

The customer then requested a prepaid return label. We politely informed her that, per our policy, return shipping is not covered, but she was welcome to return any unopened item for a full refund.

Later, the customer reported using the product and requested a 20% refund due to consistency issues. Her message stated:
"I used it, and it was more watery than usual, and 20 percent of the product was stuck in the bottle. I could not get that out. I hope everything will be fine. If you could issue a partial refund, I would appreciate it. Thanks."

We reminded her that we do not accept returns on opened or used products, though unopened items could still be returned.

Despite this, the customer left a 1-star review, again claiming the product was fake. To address this, we contacted our official supplier, Quiver Medic, and included the customer in the email. Their response stated:
"This is Azamat, Sales Manager at Quiver Medic. We confirm that the products shown in the provided photos are original, and the attached invoice was issued by our company. For additional verification, the client can check the authenticity of the product by scanning the blue code on the product box. Instructions on Instagram page @quivermedic_cis."

We then followed up with the customer twice over several days requesting an updated review in light of the verified facts. Unfortunately, we received no response.

We strive to be fair and transparent with all our customers. If the product were truly believed to be fake, it should not have been used. Instead, it was used, and then a partial refund was requested—something we cannot support under our return policy.

We welcome honest feedback but cannot support attempts to manipulate outcomes through threats. At Boost My Skin, we remain committed to integrity and customer care.

USA based. FREE shipping. I have ordered HA lip filler on 3 separate occasions without any problems. The prices were the same or lower than other online companies, without the shipping costs (one wanted $30 to ship a $30 item!) or the long wait from overseas. I definitely recommend this company.

Missing item in order resolved

Only one of my items were sent in a two item order. We got in contact and they checked and sent me a replacement. I’m happy that they were able to check that the item was not sent it shows they are keeping track of their inventory. I would order again maybe just one item at a time.
