Amazing Customer Experience

Boost My Skin carries great products and they also are quick to reply to customer concerns and questions regarding orders. BMS was kind enough to ship a replacement order out when USPS had not scanned in the shipped order by Boost My Skin, to make sure that I had product coming. Both boxes did show up on the same day and Boost My Skin was offering to send a return label for the second box, but I instead asked to purchase it, as I know I would use it. They provided a way for me to purchase it through PayPal seamlessly. This company is awesome because it cares about its customers and because of its great communication, prices, products, shipping service! I will be a continued supporter and happy customer. This seems to be a repeat of the previous review which we replied previously as below:

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and understand your frustration. Ensuring every order is accurate is our priority, and we appreciate your patience as we work to improve our processes.

1. Our system shows that a refund was issued for the order you did not receive, and you have confirmed receipt of the second order.
2. Regarding the product’s expiration: As mentioned in our previous email, the product you received has a manufacturer date, with a two-year shelf life. It is not expired and has at least 12 months of shelf life remaining.
