A VERY RELAXED ATMOSTPHERE AT SWINDON TOWN CENTRE. THE OPTICAN CARRIED OUT ALL MY TESTS WITH PAITENCE AND MAKING ME FEEL WORTHY OF HER TIME.
MY RESULTS WERE COMPARED TO MY RESULTS FROM TWO YEARS EARLIER.

Excellent servicd
I had a wonderful experience during my visit to the optician. He was extremely patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain my eye condition to me in great detail and made sure I fully understood everything.
What impressed me most was the care and consideration he showed. As English is not my first language, he even used a translation app to communicate with me in my own language and make absolutely sure that I understood all the information clearly.
I felt that I was given plenty of time and personal attention, and I never felt rushed. I am very grateful for such a professional, caring, and thoughtful service.

Amy and Heena at the Fakenham branch
Amy and Heena at the Fakenham branch, were very helpful and professional, from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and felt important, I didn't have to wait and went straight in, I was given the option to have advanced scanning which i took as i think the eyes are very important to look after and i hadn't been for an eye test for around 4 years, everything was explained and was all healthy, my eyes were tested by Heena and I required a stronger pair of glasses, Amy helped me choose them and explained everything for a better fit, I left happy knowing that my eyes are good and I've got a pair of good looking glasses, all in all an outstanding service, many thanks

A complete waste of time !!!!
I was contacted by someone from Boots to book annual eye tests for myself and my wife.These were duly booked for today and we were checked in on our arrival.
However when I was called for one of the pre checks I was informed that I could not have a free NHS check as my review was not due until next month.One must ask why was I booked for October in the first place?I will not be returning.

I had an appointment with Kristy to collect my new vary focal glasses. Kristy was really helpful getting me set up and giving me information for my new glasses as I hadn’t had vary focals before. Glasses are well made and I’m very happy with them.

As per my reviews year on year, this year is no different. This appointment was a re arranged visit as I was a week early for my eye test and that meant as I qualify for free eye tests, it would have been chargeable. That was great initial customer service.
Upon my new appointment, I was treated with respect and a valued customer. Informed in every aspect of my eye test and what to expect.
All staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. This being a constant theme I've experienced for some years at my previous Boots store.
This is a new store as I have relocated and I think I made the point in my last posting, that it is clear, the training policy in Boots, clearly is a winning formula because I might well have been in my old store, given the level of customer service afforded me. It is quite simply... Simple as that.
