Scammers,avoid!!!Took money off my bank account then literally disappeared.You can not reach them,app is not working..absolute liars,they need to be prosecuted as many people have been taken for a ride.

Clearly a scam company as they couldn't tell me what loan company passed my details to them they then took 30 pound from my bank without permission then failed to deal with the matter

Joke of a company they mislead you into thinking you’re signing up for a loan and it’s not!! Take £4 off you straight away and each month for service your not even getting!! I’ve tried contacting loads to have my account closed and no reply!! There app doesn’t even work and are trying to take more out my account. SCAMMERS!!! I have reported to my bank. DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!

Nothing but a scam!!! Tells you you’ve been approved for a loan and to download their app to receive the loan. That apps SH*T doesn’t work and you don’t get the loan LOL trashed now as I’ve put in my details and card details nothing scum and robbing little freaks that need locked up. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT SIGN UP luckly I’ve cancelled my “subscription” we’ll see if money tries to get taken out and luckly I used a bank account that I very rarely use.

These are bunch of thieves .. . They take money from you under false pretences. You think you are getting a loan but you are not. The only thing you are doing is giving them free money.... con men beware.

Its a scam, they charge £29.99 while doing absolutely nothing in return, SCAM!

Take £4 out straight away a week later had £15.99 taken out, scam company gone through my bank to sort it since theyre not responding to my email, avoid

Still reporting incorrect information months after account closure

I first opened a Boshhh Mobile account in 2024 but closed it shortly after, as several of the features advertised in the app simply didn’t work. I closed my account via live chat with a representative named Mollie, and at the time, everything seemed fine.

However, in April/May this year, I noticed Boshhh were still reporting to my credit reference agencies — and even worse, they were reporting two separate accounts with two different balances. Naturally, I contacted them immediately. I was told that my account hadn’t actually been closed because “you can’t close an account via chat and need to call instead.” After some pushback, I was then told that actually my account was closed, but the person couldn’t see it initially due to a “system change,” and that Mollie “no longer worked there” (not sure why that was relevant).

I was reassured the issue would be rectified, so I gave them time to sort it out. Unfortunately, months later, nothing had changed. In August, I followed up by email and received a helpful and professional response from Amelia Wright, who acknowledged my concerns and assured me the corrections would be made.

Fast forward to now (late October), and despite another follow-up email that’s gone unanswered, Boshhh are still incorrectly reporting to my credit file. To make matters worse, they now have the cheek to send emails threatening account closure and further action if I don’t make payment — on an account that should have been closed over half a year ago!

At this point, my patience has completely run out. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I’ll be raising a formal complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for inaccurate credit reporting and data handling.

It’s genuinely disappointing that something as simple as closing an account and ensuring accurate reporting has turned into a six-month ordeal. I’d strongly advise anyone thinking of signing up with Boshhh to proceed with caution.

They take money from your account and the app is completely broken, and has been for weeks by the looks of the reviews on the play store. Avoid at all costs.

Don't trust them they offer loans give you amount and monthly payments but don't expect bank details, plus there for mobile phone, not a proper loan,

Scam stay away. Offered me an accepted loan and then took £4 from my bank and everything stopped from there. Do not trust this.

Absolute scam. The only way to cancel is to change your debit card, they won't acknowledge or respond to any correspondence. Multiple attempts to contact.

Scam. They took 4 pounds saying they would give a loan and never did. Cancelled straight away and took any access away from them. Scam company

thieves had to raise dispute with bank cancel my card and these boshhh arent the ones i signed up with i went through paydayuk, then was accepted asked to verify me via bank details card to complete loan i did and they took.money couldnt log in given details created also they are not loans no money its a mobile sim and they report to credit file to improve rating so missold and not loan company i finally spoke and they refused my money back saying non refundable for signing up yet i didnt i signed with payday uk. do not use these are scammers
since this even though alerted bank stopped card getting new one these thieves have again taken money to day out of my bank, i think these should be invesigated and shut down they ignore messages dont respond just steal again contacting bank
22nd oct update my bank has refunded me and going after this company the fca will be looking into it even after card cancelled this scam company had tried again to steal money from me but it was declined.

Probably the worst company ever bad customer service after asking to cancel my subscription they still continued to take money out my account

This is an absolute scam that I unfortunately fell for. As previous reviews have mentioned, they lure you in with a completely fictitious offer of a loan and request a £4 payment to “verify” your banking details.

In small print at the bottom of this page it says they are not able to offer you a loan, you have to scroll down to read this and this is what I missed. So you then make the payment and they force you to download their app and connect your bank account again to “verify” your account. The app is completely useless and empty and seems to be offering mobile phone SIM cards. I immediately contacted their “support” requesting an explanation and a refund of my £4. I have yet to receive a reply or refund from them.

To my absolute horror this morning I got a notification from my bank that they had tried to take a payment with my debit card for another £16 that luckily got flagged up by my bank as suspicious. I have now cancelled my debit card. Please be careful everyone this is a SCAM.

They took a 4 pound payment from me but the page before was offering me a loan and pay £4 so i payrd £4 pound and got moved to some sort of credit company phones them a few times for a refund but don't want to know criminal SCAM company thiefs im so annoyed
