Scammers. Took 4 pounds when telling me it was to verify my bank account ! Can't access my account on their app, have contacted my bank, they are now blocked and will not get another penny from me, but they stole 4 pounds (multiply that by a few million people and they make money ). Was told it was for a loan ! No it wasn't, it's 1995 a month to pay to increase credit rating. Credit rating doesn't increase by paying scammers !

The fact they're locked out of displaying trust pilot for being misleading tells you everything you need to know about them.

Thankfully, seen this 24.95 scam before.

They collect money illegally when no loan or agreement is in place. Their app doesn't work, they don't reply to website messages or emails, nor do they call back (customer service number requires you to leave a voicemail, can't talk directly to someone).
Absolute fraud and thieves.

If I could put zero stars I would. Total and utter scam. I have tried contacting them I don't know how many times. They offered me a loan of around £200 pounds, I accepted terms then it told me to download the app to proceed and then nothing. Yet they have repeatedly tried to charge my card for £15.99 for something I haven't had. Their customer service is shocking and the app is a joke. They have left me no option but to report them to the FCA at this point.

Scam company do not sign up!!! Take your money for no service. I signed up in good faith, the app doesn’t work at all. Have raised with their customer team several times over 2 weeks and asked to cancel and have been fully ignored. AVOID!!!

They are a fraud. They keep trying to collect money from my account and they didn’t render any service to me.
I have emailed and I didn’t get a response. People beware and don’t get caught up. Just my two cents.

An absolute waste of time £4.00 for what exactly

They will decivie you by offering a loan then charging you for it but you will never receive your funds

Thought I was applying for a loan but they took £4 without my permission and even though I've cancelled I'm still expecting them to try and take more money as they have with others. They are also misleading customers with fake reviews as stated by trustpilot themselves. I'm disabled and not that well off so every little helps. Imagine all the money they make from the £4 they steal of everyone applying. With the help of my carer we are taking this as high as we can. Ombudsman and even taking it to our local MP. Dishonest fraudelent company.

Really smooth process, no issues whatsoever.

They charge £4 for absolutely nothing. You can't cancel your subscription via email - they just ignore you until you phone up. Awful company and practice. Avoid at all costs

Took money from my account that I didn't know about, don't even know what I'm paying for or what their services involve.

Do not use this company if you want a loan they don't give them although they lead you to believe that is what your getting. Total scam.

Got onto the site via 3rd party for a loan
The page then said loan about and what I’d be paying back
Put in my details
They took £4 without any reasoning
Then advised next payment on 22nd for £24 (today is 18th)
I then had a look at what it actually is and it’s literally paying a company for saying you’ve paid them? 😂 sus
Emailed to get account cancelled nothing back
They have taken £14.99 without explanation today
Tried to message wouldn’t go through
So I called in and they have tried to say that I won’t get the £4 back as it’s an identity check? I’ve advised I never said ok to this?
Advised them of money coming out and when the direct debit was meant to come out
They are refunding £14.99
And closed my account

Wouldn't bother offered me a small credit loan to rebuild credit but what they forgot to mention is yiu don't get that but they will happily take 20 a month to build a credit file which experian do better and cheaper. This company is a scam

I created an account with this company by mistake. I immediately requested cancellation. I sent emails and messages on the website, but no one responded. They continue to take money from my account. I can't speak to anyone. Absolutely disgusting.

I'm so glad I took the time to read some of these reviews before I gave them my card details for the "£4 identity check"

I have 2 similar cards, one for work, the other for friends and family. Funnily enough this is the only place I gave my work number to and ever since then I've been spammed with almost 10 calls per DAY! Every. Single. One was from the usual scammers. You know, the "this is credit services" etc.
They also SELL your details to milk even more money from people they claim they want to "help"...

Absolutely disgusting practice. Imagine using predatory, blatant misleading "loan offers" on people that are desperate for help...

STAY WELL CLEAR! EVEN TRUSTPILOT CALLED THEM OUT FOR PUTTING A FALSE TRUSTPILOT SCORE ON THEIR WEBSITE!

That should tell everyone they're scammers.

These people took the last four pounds out of my account on the premise they'd offered a loan for car repairs. Ive now got no car, no money and an eight year old to try and get to school in the morning with no bus fare. Absolutely disgusting

They tell you that you have been accepted for a loan, they take £4 charge from your card to verify the details, you receive nothing from them, then 2 weeks later they take a further £15.99 card payment, I have emailed them to cancel my account and have received no reply.
I have had to cancel my card.
