This business is awful.

I was told via live chat the other day that I would have no further charges and my account would be deleted.

Theyve now tried to take 15.99 out of my Bank.

Worse, I didn't even want the service and was tricked into it via very ambiguous landing pages which made out I was offered credit, charged me £4 to identify me via bank transfer (why not 1p or 10p?) and only then making clear I'd signed up to a credit report which I pay 20 a month for.

Its disgusting how this company is preying on people with financial difficulties: using very ambiguous page designs to make it seem like they're offering a loan, then charging £4 for "identification" transactions and only then it becoming clear it's not a loan.

Then, replying via live chat "No probs" to a request for no further charges and therefore confirming that's done, yet trying to take money out a few days later, regardless.

As a company, everything has felt predatory and dishonest. Add into the mix the app and website are horrendous making contact extremely difficult and this whole set up feels like a scam that you can't get out of.

Stay away! Scam had to cancel my card because they are trying to take my money offered me a loan which I never got then trying to proceed to take my money you cannot remove your card from the app either STAY AWAY

PLEASE PLEASE do not be tempted by this scam of a company, you are not getting a loan in any form, the inital page says £239 credit but this is fake, you pay £4 for the bank auth then they will take £19.99 a month for doing nothing, the website says after youve signed up that they tell the credit ref agengies youve taken a loan when in fact you will receive nothin, its a fake loan and you will be payin £19.99 for the pleasure for a year. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!

Scammers, steer clear

They charge you £4 for a card check then you don’t see any emails of your account or any confirmation then days later they try and take £15 from you.

Trust issues are real.

Signed up with these jokers and straight away they nicked £4 for nothing. A few days later they tried dipping in for another £15 – luckily I clocked it and blocked ’em through Revolut. Dodgy as hell.

They’re flexing like they’ve got a solid Trustpilot score, but even Trustpilot’s flagged them. That says it all – proper shifty outfit.

Nothing but daylight robbery. If you don’t wanna get mugged off, steer clear of Boshhh Money.

And if anyone from Boshhh is reading this – don’t bother replying with your copy-paste excuses. Do the decent thing: pack it in and hang your heads in shame.

Took money from my account for nothing after approving a loan and then app crashes

Signed upto this because it came across as a loan. came up saying like £247 credit to be paid at £20 odd a month for 12 month. Downloaded the app which hasnt worked once. every page just says something went wrong. Number provided never rings properly so must be a dud number. Also tried taking 15.99 out of my account but luckily didnt have the money sat in there. What is going on?

The guys at Boshhh massively helped me out with my finances. I was struggling to get accepted by some lenders but my credit score has now improved.

Easy to use app, been using since October 2024 and have seen my credit score almost double.

Total scam. My partner mistakenly took this for a credit score app and didn’t realise what it truly was. She has been trying to cancel it for the past few days and has been unable to get in contact with anyone! She isn’t bothered about the first payment but doesn’t want the payments to continue. You can’t contact them via email or phone. We have reported it to the bank so hopefully they can sort this whole thing out.

Scam. Huge scam. They set you up for a decent looking loan, take 4.00 from your account and do not assist. Do not touch. FCA here I come!! Watch out guys. I’m reporting you and looking to have you closed down and investigate. Get your papers in order

I’ve emailed multiple times to withdraw from the credit agreement within the 14 day period that you are entitled to, i’ve received no response, ive got no access to any sort of account as it won’t recognise my email, i think the customer service from this company has been really bad.

A few days later- I managed to log into my account once and added a message into the live chat, and then just like guesswork i open the app use my log in details and it just doesn’t load, still no response from anyone regarding my emails or messages terrible terrible customer service even 1 star is starting to feel generous.

Still in college signed up when I got my first job to get credit history aswell as improve my credit score. eSIM has never worked even when I got it. I called them to let them know they kept ending call so decided I want to cancel told them in 2024 and in 2025 April got no reply with no hope. To today they never cancelled it. Telling me I’ve got a bill of £209 my credit score has gone bad didn’t know this was the cause. Talking to them saying I need to write to them to cancel I did last year and this year after paying of the bill in April never cancelled today in talking to someone they leave and don’t respond back. Now I’m in debt of £209. 0 stars if possible
