scammers. they trick you into signing up. Then don’t reply via email during your 14 day cancel period. Their phone lines also don’t work, making it impossible to cancel. So you’re stuck in a 12 month contract with them. That’s how they make their money.

They will just cut you off without telling you no emails Even though I am playing with a credit card and that's the only thing on the credit card and then it goes through to an answer phone where their customer service is very unpredictable they ignore your emails for days multiple calls to their service even the complaints policy is unpredictable

Every month problem after problem i called tou guys to change bill date they said they have done so I paid my bill and they still cut of me 🤦🏻 I don’t recommend at all unless you want to have problems they cut you off at night so you can’t even do anything to sort it out absolutely disgusting

Had issues from the start
Had issues from the start, sim card wouldn’t activate, took 2 weeks to resolve. I had billing issues to which i was told i missed a month? (i never) had to dig up my own bank statements to prove but there system can’t see payments?
They opened an account in my name (not me) so now shows two accounts, had to chase up for a reason, just a lot of empty promises and no calls backs when promised. (apparently been sent off to credit agencies to see the issue).
unfortunately will be clearing the account when i can and leaving this company and going with a mainstream provider.
nothing is ever easy it takes about a week for a simple issue to be resolved.

Out of all the mobile contracts I’ve…
Out of all the mobile contracts I’ve had these are the best. They help with anything and me being ill I sometimes need the help. I always have good signal everywhere unlike some others in when in London some others don’t have signal. Every time do need some help with something Amelia is there. I’ve never had to wait in a queue on a call and emails are replied to in a couple of hours every time. I’ve had my contract with them nearly a year and I wouldn’t go back to any of the big names again

If you want your credit score wrecked these are the people to do it.
Closed my account with them months ago and paid what was due so closed with a zero balance. Now my credit report suddenly showed that I owed hundreds and my score plummeted.
Thanks to these clowns I cannot get approval for the finance needed for a wheelchair 😡😡😡

Still taking my money after requesting…
Still taking my money after requesting to cancel. Spoke to manager Ellie who agreed to call me back to take a final payment (in order to cancel the account) that we have not been using. She didn’t call me when promised. The service was poor, bad connection, customer service inconsistent and hard to contact. App is not in real time and very confusing designed badly. I am racking up huge debt now because they are refusing to cancel. I’m going to get legal advice now

Giving 3 stars as how helpful Macey is but my credit score has stayed the same since joining up over 7 payments ago,it’s impacted my score nothing,I was told when signed up my score would go up 250 points after 3 months and I have made 8 payments and 2 months was free so that 9-10 payments made in theory and my score has stayed the same as iv seen iv had 6 searches on my credit file from them since being a member so only that can only effect in negatively?
Unstoppable subscription
These guys keep trying to charge me those 9.95 pounds now on the third month after I requested cancellation of the service (whatever they offer).
I have contacted customer support through email, they have answered, but have solved nothing.
Besides all that, I have three hard inquiries on my credit file from them now, which is messing up my financial life on the longer run.
I would advise anyone to avoid these people.
Update: they still did nothing. I am not back to UK yet, so I wonder where this is gonna go

Avoid Boshhh – Poor Service, No Accountability…
I joined Boshhh Network thinking it would be a smart switch, but I’ve had nothing but problems.
From the beginning, I started getting random calls on the number they issued, even though I hadn’t shared it with anyone. When I requested a number change, the only support option was a sluggish chat system that took ages to respond. When they finally did, they said they couldn’t help and suggested I sign up again – seriously?
I then requested a cancellation and refund, but they still took the next month’s payment on the 21st. I haven’t even used the eSIM, and they’ve just taken money without providing a working or secure service.
Customer service is poor, accountability is non-existent, and the whole experience has left me feeling like I’ve been scammed. I absolutely won’t be recommending Boshhh to anyone.

Pretty disappointed
Pretty disappointed, lovely team who you can speak to but non of that matters if you don’t get want you want/signed up for.
For 2 months I’ve been trying to connect my bank to the app and I’ve been told it’s being looked into as they are a new company but this is far too long.
Payment failed and I got a call from customer service who retook the payment and it went though completely fine ‘new systems’ I was told.
Reason why I bring that up is because when it’s money you are quick to chase me but when I have problems I get told someone will chase up but no one does.
Boshhh isn’t even showing up on my credit file for the last 2 months so I’m spending money for no reason, was told by 2 different agents they’ll look into it, it’s been 3 weeks now.
I wish to cancel and be refunded.
