Great Customer Support
We had a few boards that weren't working as expected - we hopped on customer support and got quick, accurate, and helpful replies quickly. Replacement boards were sent quickly for units that were suspected to not work. In the end, we got everything working and in order. Customer support like this is unprecedented and very much appreciated.

They just work
The most sensational thing about Botblox products is that they just work. We have standardised on Gigablox on all our robots and we have never had a single issue regardless of the harsh conditions and environments in which our robots operate. You plug them in and that's the last you ever worry about them.

The quality of these switches is exemplary. They fill a much-desired need in the market for a tiny form factor networking switch. For our use case, this switch will be the heart of the communication infrastructure for a high-altitude collegiate liquid rocket's onboard avionics system, carrying data critical to the mission's success. For us because of the vibrational environment, the board-to-board architecture of the GigaBlox Nano is fantastic, it removes points of failure and decreases system complexity. One of the reasons we decided to go with a COTS switch, in this case, was to allow us to worry less about the reliability of the vehicle's data backbone and more about the interesting control and data logging problems we are facing. I would highly recommend BotBlox products to anyone looking for an integrated low profile networking solution.

Great small gigabit switch for robotics!
The GigaBlox Nano is a great small ethernet switch we have used successfully in multiple robotics projects! Highly recommended when you're short of space and need to maximise bandwidth. Great product and customer support from BotBlox!

Innovative products
I purchased a SwitchBlox Nano to fit into my BlueROV2 and it worked perfect first time. Very impressed with the technology as it was a fraction of the size of the one I bought off Amazon.
