I ordered a board and it was shipped out less than 1 hour later. I got the board in the US 2 days later which is so fast.

I wanted the gigablocks nano for a compact robot arm application… The board is super tiny, more than I expected; not sure how they managed it but I’m impressed.

It’s been running for over 3 months now with no issues, and the team at botblox have even supporting me in developing my own daughterboard for it.

I have been working on a robotics project using the GigaBlox network switch as the main means of communication between devices. I recently resolved an issue thanks to BotBlox support. They helped by suggesting useful tests to perform, and giving accurate assessment of the results. The issue ended up not being related to the switch itself and now the networking is working wonderfully. I would highly suggest giving these switches a try, great combination of good hardware and amazing support.

I was in charge of designing in the Gigablox Nano board into our robotics system. Worked the first time, the experience was great overall and the board seems to be well engineered. The BotBlox team was very supportive throughout the process. Botblox helped solve our problem of miniaturizing the network infrastructure.

Great support, great product!

We were looking for small embedded switches for our drones and decided on Switchblox Nano because the specs are ideal - super small - super fast. However, when testing large amounts of data, we found unusual data gaps. However, the quick response from support (within minutes) and sending new beta versions was completely straightforward and easy. Thank you again, we can definitely recommend the SwitchBlox series.

You get what you pay for, and in this case you get a high quality, exceptionally well-engineered small form factor network switch, speedy delivery and great customer service.

I've ordered a Gigablox, which is a 5-port gigabit switch of the size about 4.5x4.5 cm. Incredibly small! And it works well, even full gigabit. It generates only neglectable amount of heat, and the wide input voltage means one less DC-DC converter or stabilizer on your robot. Yay!

The makers from Botblox look like quite skilled engineers, and they're very open to ideas. I suggested them an improvement to Nanoblox, and a few weeks later, a newsletter announces it's on the roadmap. This doesn't happen with every company - try making suggestions to Netgear :)

I'm really looking forward for the other planned products because they've really hit the niche robotics needed to cover.

I work at a robotics company and we are always looking to improve our products.

We tested the SwitchBlox and GigaBlox switches from the team at BotBlox. Now we ship products with these switches integrated (industrial automation solutions). We had a 20x space saving (and associated weight saving) with no reduction in switch performance.

I ordered two small ethernet switches for use in a UAV payload. Josh contacted me immediately to inform me that there had been an issue with one of the components and helped me change my order to two nano switches. Once the issues with the small switches was fixed, I ordered two of them. All items arrived in a timely manner (as advertised) and, in the case of the second order, all in time to meet a budget deadline on my end. All questions were responded to immediately.

As for the products, the BotBlox switches are the perfect form factor for the small UAV payload I am building. There is nothing else on the market that I have found that comes close. And, to this point, they have worked exactly as expected.

In short, BotBlox has provided outstanding customer service and these small form switches are exactly what I had been looking for. Looking forward to see what new products might come out and to working with them again.
