Tom was super helpful with booking in the RnB Brunch!

We had booked a bottomless brunch through this company but the venue we booked was no longer running. Tom from the company was very helpful though and found us a new brunch almost instantly in the same city, same time and same theme! Would highly recommend - they are very helpful!

The Sunday Bottomless Prosecco Brunch at Chakra Kensington was an absolutely wonderful experience! The restaurant is tastefully decorated, the food was vibrant and bursting with flavour, and so many of the dishes were new to us as we'd never seen them at other restaurants before. The chef was very skilled in both taste and presentation, and our server was amazing - he was so attentive but without being intrusive - and he kept our prosecco glasses constantly filled up without ever having to be asked. This place is such a hidden gem, and we will absolutely return as it was fantastic value for top quality food, drink, and service.

Ginger is amazing, funny and entertaining. Bingo was fun, drag acts were fab and the Prosecco flowed. It was super fun

The day was a barrel of laughs from start to finish.I nearly died of laughter. Highly recommended by a group of 50 yr old woman,food was great and drink was flowing.entertainment hilarious

Great hosts- really friendly.
Drinks kept coming and margarita really good.
Music great lots of dancing!

it was nice to be given a bottle of prosecco and to not keep asking to be refilled. Staff were friendly and Katie look after us very well

Beautiful location, great staff very polite &a great laugh.Dj was playing some top tunes really got the party started.There was a bit of confusion over the food but there was 13 of us.We had a older man as 1 of waiters & He was so nice really looked after us. Can’t wait to go again

I had some Italian guests and I took them to SICAN, they enjoyed a lot the Nikkei foods and we appreciate a lot the excellent services . The waitress took care of us since the begging. The restaurant design is really special , nice atmosphere. Finally we moved down to the Amaru bar which has an amazing design, unique I believe in London.
Enjoyable music and cocktails, we definitely go back.

Unfortunately we couldn't go . When I booked and paid a deposit there was absolutely no mention of it being an over 21 establishment. My daughter's are 18 and 19 and I had booked for my daughter's birthday.
I requested a refund of my deposit as this was not my fault that I had unknowingly booked for a venue which would not allow us entry. I emailed and was told that I had to contact the restaurant. I don't believe it is their responsibility to refund me ...it is the company .bottomlessbrunch.com that should refund my deposit as it was wrong and unclear advertising on their part. I will never book through a third party like this again as they won't take responsibility when things go wrong. But I am taking it up with trading standards to get my hard earned cash back..just book through the restaurant and save all the hassle!

We had a great bottomless brunch at the Ruben Hotel, with amazing afternoon tea, and excellent service from the staff. We could really not fault it at all.
