DISGRACEFUL COMPANY
Bought 3 aluminum dough pans 2.8l and 2 lids but when they arrived they were massive so ordered the 1.4l 3 pans and 2 lids. I sent 3 emails telling them about the problem and was wanting to return them. I filled in the return form heard nothing back. I phoned them and spoke to someone who said they would deal with it but heard nothing for a week now. The service from this Company is a disgrace the 1 star is far too generous and I warm folk to spend with caution. I will never deal with this Company again bunch of amateur thieves

Purchased the Rustico dinner and side plates. They are excellent quality and I am very happy with them. There was a slight issue with the dispatch/delivery but after making contact this was sorted quickly and efficiently and I was kept up to date.
