I orderd a 8 in one milkmaker. The product is advertised as white. The unit i got was not white. They advertise on their site about a safety lock lid. The lid on the unit i got does not lock. Since the contents can get up to 212 F it needs to lock. Last the instructions and recipe book came damaged. They have NO working phone number. They offer a 30 day not satisfied return and a one year warranty. After 13 emails the representative Abagail would not issue a return / refund. I emailed the the same day i got the unit. I emailed again, actually 2 other times. No reply. They do NOT honor the 30 satisfied guarantee, nor the warranty. It took 24-48 hours for each response as well. The product was not as advertised, the lid leaked and the customer service awful.
