Overall we were very happy with the service provided. They were always available when we needed to contact them and very pleasant and calm to talk to. The office in Allestree were very good at keeping in touch when we were negotiating the purchase and the Derby office were excellent in getting a higher price than the original offer on our sale.
Towards the end of the process we felt we could have a had a bit more guidance on when exchange of contracts might take place. We were under the impression that the chain was more advanced than it was which caused us to rush through some decisions unnecessarily.
We would certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
