Got as a gift for my son and when we went to adjust the Velcro size on the headband, it ripped right off the band. Disappointing for the first time using it. Very low quality, and poor customer service.

I would give 0 starts if I could. Never sent me the product which was a Christmas present. Keep sending me emails to confirm my delivery address and never send the product. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and a COMPLETE SCAM!

Horrible product and return overpriced plastic toy. trying to return it and after 2 weeks of back another this is the email i receive...Quick Overview:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.
A $10 restocking fee per product applies to all returns.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase. After that, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us.
Between each email is 5 days, they are trying to exceed the 14 days. Dont buy.

DO NOT BUY unless you know you want to keep this toy/gimmick which you could probably make yourself for a fraction of the price.
I bought 2 as Christmas presents. Neither were wanted but to return these, you are charged £10 per item (a stocking fee! WTF!) plus they will deduct the post charge from your refund. A complete waste of money and time.
Appalling customer services and an outrageous returns policy.

Boxbollen was purchased in bulk in our home to give as Christmas presents. We opened one of the 10 boxes to be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the product. The app does not work nor does it track the hits as advertised. Their return policy basically is a scam making it close to impossible to return. It’s at an expense to the customer among other policies basically leaving us even more in debt to this disingenuous company. Avoid their trap at all costs

Customer service nightmare
I mistakenly entered the wrong address, I emailed them to change it as soon as I made the purchase, twice. I didn’t receive a response until after thy dispatched it. I’ve since tracked the item not being delivered to the address, back to the depot to be returned. I have followed their process despite my telling them that Royal Mail needs to be contacted by the sender to get anymore information on the item. I have been chasing my £30 since the 18th December, their customer service is nonexistent. Save your money, get a cheap one off Shein!

If I could give it a zero, I would. I wish I had ordered through Amazon so I could at least get a refund. Such poor customer service, the product was a Christmas gift ordered on December 2, it never showed up, I had to buy another gift. I told them the courier said it was lost and I wanted a refund. They would not answer my emails. 5 weeks later, it shows up. Now for me to return it, the original shipping cost, a $10 restocking fee and then the cost of the shipping back is ON ME! Find a company that actually has good customer service, you are best not to get pulled into the celebrity endorsements.

Worst Chstomer service. It said it would arrive within 1-4 days and I would get it before Christmas. I ended up getting it 2 weeks later and not for in time for Christmas. I contacted the company as I needed to return them, as I had to buy other Christmas gifts. They were HORRIBLE to deal with. After two weeks of trying to get in contact with them they finally replied. They said I have to pay a $10 restocking fee and pay for return shipping. If they would have delivered it when they said they would and not 2 weeks later I wouldn’t need to return it.

Don't waste your money
I purchased a Boxbollen as a Christmas gift, and the recipient didn’t want it. When I tried to return it, I discovered the return policy is practically impossible to comply with. The package was opened and briefly used, which means no refund without paying a restocking fee, return shipping, and losing the initial shipping cost. These fees combined are more than the price of the product itself! This is outrageous and feels like a scam. The policy is designed to discourage returns, and the customer service experience has been terrible. I won’t bother returning it because it’s cheaper to throw it away. I will never purchase from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

It’s a rip off
It’s a rip off! Made cheaply, does not work like shown. AND they do not accept returns on sale items which they are always on sale. They advertised it would be here before Christmas, they weren’t. Unfortunately I purchased 3 so I am out $65.00.

ABSOLUTE SCAM / FRAUD. They never shipped my product and keep ignoring my emails. I even paid for express shipping (1-4 days) it's been 40 days.

Paid for express delivery but got the usual shipping delay. Tried to contact Customer service but I don’t get any reply. Bought two foam balls (because that’s what it is) that arrived after Christmas so I now need to return but I can’t because website says they need to be contacted first but they don’t reply. Very very bad experience!

It’s been almost a month and hasn’t even shipped. They won’t provide a refund. They take over a week to reply to say sorry for delay and it’s on its way!

Delayed delivery and poor customer service. I ordered an item 2 weeks before Christmas, and the website had guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I received no updates whatsoever about the item, and no response from customer support despite emailing them multiple times to check delivery status. The item only arrived after Christmas which was way too late, and I had to purchase another gift in the meantime.
