If I could give this cheaply made piece of junk “0” stars, I would. So disappointed. Purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. He used it once & it BROKE!! And from the reviews I have read, this has happened to the majority of the buyers. I am kicking myself that I did not do a little research & read reviews BEFORE I purchased this piece of junk. This company needs to be reported to the Federal Exchange Commission, the Bureau of Consumer Protection, the Better Business Bureau, etc.. immediately! They should be required to refund angry customers their $, & forced to shut down all business they conduct within the U.S.

Absolute piece of garbage .maybe spend some more cash on the product development and manufacturing instead of the celebrity endorsements ..my 12 year old who certainly was better at it than a majority of your alisters.has managed to rip a hole in the ball to the point you can't rethread it ..contacted customer service got nothing in hindsight should have read the comments .but agree with 90% this thing is an absolute piece of shit poor quality and can clearly see with this one it's a manufacturing fault as the seam of the ball has flaws right through the core of the ball ..you can honestly put together a better piece of equipment with a few components and a bit of DIY

Awful company. Awful product. Tried to return and they charge you over half the price of the product to restock and return. DO NOT BUY

To keep this short, they didn't ship my order until I complained 3 times and requested a refund after it was 2 weeks late. They ignored my request for a refund, and when they finally shipped it, it took another 2 weeks to arrive despite paying for 1-5 day express shipping. When it eventually arrived almost a month later, the product was average quality and not worth the stress or expense.

Finger weg! Der Versand dauerte nicht wie angekündigt 1-3 Tage, sondern 14. Also kam die Lieferung zu spät für Weihnachten. Ich hab das gleiche Produkt deutlich günstiger in einem anderen Shop gefunden und wollte das Set an boxballen zurückschicken. Hier wird es einem dann richtig schwer gemacht. Kundenservice braucht ewig um mal zu antworten- man wird von einem Service zum nächsten geschickt. Ich habe immer noch keine Rücksendeadresse (nach 5 E-Mails). So kann man natürlich auch Umsatz machen. Pro Rückversand verlangen sie 10 $ Gebühr (!!!) plus Versandkosten, so dass die Rücksendung nicht wirklich lohnt. Unglaublich - ich ärger mich dass ich darauf reingefallen bin. Keine Kaufempfehlung, Abzocke!!!

I ordered this item on 2nd December so that we'd have it for over Christmas. I was bombarded with ads because I'd looked at it and began seeing reviews about the terrible quality and that you have to use your mobile phone as the noise made hitting the ball is what counts the hits! I tried to cancel my order. They took SO long to respond and then refused saying it was dispatched. It wasn't, they lied. It's a complete rip off as many have already said. A ball attached to a string, attached to a velcro headband. No wonder they take weeks to respond to requests to cancel. Completely fake advertising of this product as it shows people cheering - it would not register the hits if they were! They even show it being used in the ocean, again no registering of hits as shown. Can't believe it hasn't been removed from sale yet.

Review is of the company and service, not of the product as I haven't opened it yet.
As others have said, ordered it before Christmas and it was advertised as 1-5 days postage to get from Sydney to Melbourne Aus. Should have received it well before Christmas and it ended up coming in January. The tracking number did not work and sent numerous emails to boxbollen support but did not receive any replies.

Scam!!! Never arrived, no reply from "customer service". Just Christmas money stolen.

Scam company! Arrived weeks late and then refused to let me return. Now claiming through PayPal. Complete scam!

Similar to the numerous other reviews here; I placed an order several weeks ago, with a promised delivery timeframe of 1-5 days (well before Christmas). My order has still not arrived, 3 weeks later, and I have had absolutely no response to my various emails (including to the CEOs(!). The tracking number provided does not work, and is in another language (Swedish(?). I would recommend not ordering from this company, or, if you already have, to contact your bank or PayPal and dispute the transaction/request a chargeback and also inform the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission or similar organisation in your country and file a report.

I ordered this for Xmas early December have not received it and they will not respond. So a waste of money for sure because I got absolutely nothing for my money.

Received in time, sons played with it a couple times and the rope broke. Shocking, for the price you'll think it'll be made of sturdier material.

Absolute cheap garbage. App picks up background noise as hits when you handedness actually hit the ball.
Nothing more than a foam ball on a string with a cheap headband worth a dollar at most. Good advertising to suck people in. Crap product and app integration.

Do not buy this item it is a complete was of money and not worth the money, the app uses the phones microphone and isn't accurate, it just a cheap gimmick. I only rated it 1 star as I can't give 0.
To get a return the item has to be unopened untouched and there is a fee to return so please save your money!!!!

It's no wonder this company has a big enough marketing budget to pay Piers Morgan and other losers to advertise this rubbish. Charging £30 plus delivery for a foam ball on a string with no built in technology (which their ads mislead you to believe) is abhorrent. Not to mention their returns policy once you realise you've been scammed. They make you return via recorded delivery plus pay a $10 "restocking fee" (never encountered this in my life before). A premium scam company.

Ordered set of 3 first of December. Have emailed with no response. Would not suggest this company at all. Looks to be a scam. It don’t deserve a 1 star if there was negative stats that’s what I would have chosen. Sorry fraudulent company.

I placed my order on November 30 and it’s now a month later and I have not received it. There has been no updated tracking since December 5. I have requested a refund but the company is ignoring my emails. Absolutely horrible customer service. So not get scammed like me. They took my money but did not provide the product / service.

Beware, this company is a scam! Absolutely no customer service and no way to return the bad quality merchandise they sell. I was one of the naive customers who believed in their false advertisement and fake customer reviews. When I realized that the so called boxbollen game is nothing else that a cheap plastic ball attached to a long and thin elastic string, which can be bought for $3.00 in Temu or up to $14.00 in the Tictoc store, I tried to cancel my order, but they ignored my email and sent that garbage anyway in a package without any return address. Since the day I received that trash I have tried to get in contact with the company by submitting the form they have in the website and sending several emails to their "customer service" email address, but no answer whatsoever. They have ignored all my emails. It is obvious they are just letting time pas until they can reinforce their return policy and 'legally" steal my money. I wonder how many more real customers have been scammed as I have been by this company and it's false advertisement.

This item is horrible it’s pure junk cheap made ,skinny string that’s is bound to rip ,and honestly you can’t even punch it maybe once then the ball just falls to ground my son and I both tried punching the ball it just falls to ground BIG waste of money

Ordered a three pack for Christmas presents on the 6th of Dec, and still not received (30th Dec)! Sent several emails to Support with no acknowledgment or response! Would not recommend this company!!
