I love the idea of what you’re doing. I was disappointed however, as my lovely friend who has broken her ankle had no fudge in her box when it arrived. I specifically added it as it’s her fave. The parcel also took rather longer than anticipated to arrive. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, just constructive feedback. Keep up the good work of your fabulous idea but please remember to pack the add-ons! 🤗

I have ordered maybe 5 or 6 Boxes of Hugs over the last few years as I live in Western Australia, with family in the UK, so has been easier to send from a British online company. Every single one has been received with as much love as was put into choosing each individual gift to go inside (and it takes me ages to choose!). There is now even more choice than before and they are all really great quality gifts whether its food or drink, or puzzles and socks.

100% recommend ordering these as gifts and maybe a little sneaky one for yourself!

I have used Box of Hugs several times now after discovering them via a web search. Each time it has been easy to navigate their website to pick either a set box, letterbox hug or create a custom box/hug.
Every box I have sent has been received with great thanks, and I know some of my recipients have since gone on to use Box of Hugs themselves.
