I’m extremely happy with this product — great value and an excellent choice. I went for the whiskey special box and was able to leave a personalised gift message for my husband who loved every drink option. The package came in a lovely presentation box. The communication throughout the process was fantastic, and the delivery was prompt. Tisha really went the extra mile to make sure my order was perfect. Highly recommended!

Nio are great , not only are the cocktails tasty, customer is also amazing as when the PO mucked up a delivery they were on it straight away with a replacement, so every thing arrived when needed. A big thank you Tisha.

We have tried lots of the Nio cocktails. They are all delicious. Easy to order and great gifts. The one time they were damaged on arrival Nio replaced them the next day. They respond to emails quickly and are a friendly helpful team.

Amazing cocktails. After receiving a couple of NIO Cocktails, as part of a bouquet delivery, I had to look them up, and I am hooked! Such a large range of cocktails, and I love that I can choose which ones I want. Cocktails are no longer just for holidays, I can now enjoy great tasting cocktails whenever I want.
I had a minor issue with one delivery (I think it may have been a packing error) but NIO Cocktails responded to my email very promptly and arranged for a replacement to be sent immediately. I cannot fault their customer service.

Really pleased with the service and experience of using NIO. The selection was massive! And the online shopping site easy to use. Delivery was also really quick - much better than expected. I had a small issue with getting the right delivery info but the team were really responsive, dealt with it quickly and were super helpful. Can comment on taste as purchase was a gift but will use again.

I have shopped with NIO for a few years mostly to get boxes to take on holidays. Unfortunately recently there was a glitch with the order but the customer service was so efficient and attentive - I would highly recommend this brand not only for their delicious cocktails but also their customer care - thanks again Tisha x

I’ve happily used this company for some while and always been satisfied with delivery and service and their cocktails are the best I’ve tasted. When I recently ordered a special gift for some friends my delivery was missed and I was very worried I’d miss our friends special occasion. I sent an urgent email to Nio about my predicament and boy, did they pull all the stops out and go the extra mile to get a replacement to me in time. I was so impressed with them and their swift and personal response to me. Big thank you to all at Nio.
If only other mail order firms were like this.

I contacted Nio who were super helpful in immediately resolving the issue in time for my event. Fantastic customer service, exceptional cocktails and great value…top marks all round.

Nio Cocktails are the perfect gift for yourself and others. Their drinks are strong, yet tasty. I have had an excellent experience ordering online and navigating their website. When I ran into an issue with a mis-delivery Tisha was very quick to resolve it for me, she was very helpful, checked in with me, and overall gave me an excellent customer experience. My only request is that they bring back the ‘Clementea’ cocktail soon!

I honestly can’t recommend this company enough, ordered the package of 3 gin based cocktails for a work colleague as a birthday gift and she loved them. Easy to order and prompt delivery. A great present idea

Not only are the cocktails delicious, but the customer service is excellent! I ordered three of the gin cocktails as a gift, but mistakenly entered the wrong address. Tisha and the customer service team were quick to correct my mistake and the gift arrived on time.

I have been ordering from NIO for a number of years - mostly as treats for friends and family. The cocktails are easy to order and always appreciated. For the first time ever, there was a problem with a delivery - the package was found by the postie to be leaking. Within 24 hours, Tisha at NIO HQ arranged a replacement within 24 hours. Brilliant!
