Non Delivery
I ordered building supplies from the Avonmouth branch on Wednesday 14th August some on one day and the rest 2/3 days delivery, and added a note that we are only available at the delivery unit address, also in Avonmouth, on Friday 16th or the following Monday 19th. I received a call the next day [Thursday] from a delivery driver with the 2/3 day steel delivery part order from outside the unit. I was advised someone would call to rearrange delivery. no call or any delivery on Friday so i enquired on line at the weekend and was advised by a Sam it was "being looked into". On Monday i called the Avonmouth depot and was told a part order is on its way today but nothing arrived. on Tuesday i enquired on line and had a reply that a part order was with DPD and had not been delivered? and cant be tomorrow as its too late?, the rest of the order was still being looked into.... I therefore requested all be delivered after 9.30am this Thursday 22nd

Delivered for the 2nd time
Delivered for the 2nd time, using a grabber up and over my garden wall to lift in 1 tonne bag of Chipping's.
The driver was very helpful and nothing was too much problem. As he had been for a previous job, I was confident to deliver whilst I was out. Great job! Thanks.

Bradfords give great service and great products. easy website, easy ordering, easy delivery....... 5 stars. They always call to confirm you order and tell you when the order will arrive, can always rely on them. Also very friendly delivery drivers, who always listen to where you want the items placed.
