No call to arrange delivery, just turned up and left it by house. Not impressed!
Placed online order for large amount of timber. Receipt said branch would contact me to arrange delivery. Came off a long call to see id got a txt saying the delivery driver was going to deliver the wood in about 10 minutes time. I phoned branch and was told the wood had been delivered! No one in house and I’m away for several days, so hopefully my wife can get the timber and cement to a safe place, if it hasn’t been stolen before she gets home! Not at all impressed, was hoping to arrange the delivery for a day I was home!!

Would definitely recommend the Travis Perkins Salford branch. Sean is always really helpful, and whenever I order materials everything’s spot on. Deliveries are reliable and always turn up on time, which makes a big difference when you’ve got a job to get done.

Inappropriate behaviour
I’d first like to note that this is not a reflection on any service provided.
I disagree to the behaviour of a driver in one of your vehicles yesterday in Droitwich, I can only recall 5UVV on the reg sorry.
I was witness to one of your green Lorry’s passing Lidl in Droitwich as I was putting my shopping away, tooting his horn and flapping his tongue like a dog gesturing to a young lady and her child walking along the path. Although this could be a misunderstanding if you driver knows the lady then I’m sorry I got startled by the horn. Regardless I still feel that this is un acceptable behaviour in today’s society and that the gestures were disgusting and inappropriate.
I’m sure the driver just needs educating in this matter.

Stayed in all day waiting for a hire delivery. Received a text at 07:39 confirming the order has been placed and offering safety videos. Received another text at 12:03 advising the driver will be with me between 14:15 and 16:15. Online tracker shows delivery has 'arrived', yet since about 16:00 delivery truck is shown as at TP Bedford site on the map. Nothing has arrived as at 17:15. No explanation, no communication from Travis Perkins.

Super helpful delivery by Craig
I’ve just had a pallet of kiln sand delivered from the Gloucester branch. Craig was able to place the pallet exactly where I needed - it was a tricky manoeuvre. He safely dropped off the the delivery- and gave me a few tips on sealing the block paving too. Super helpful.
