My wife Linda and I needed a new kitchen and visited Benchmarx, Hove recently. We very much liked the range of kitchens on display and met a lovely young lady called Monique. She was so helpful and came to our home to measure up and advise us.
She was very presentable, extremely knowledgable and and very professional throughout and we were more than happy to order straight away.
We have had our kitchen installed and are so so happy with it.
Monique was always available to advise throughout and we can't thank her enough. She is a credit to the company and we shall recommend her and Benchmarx to all our friends and family

Big disappointment with the Croydon branch.
So many issues with delays of units, incorrect measurements, lack of communication and misinformation.
Despite making a formal complaint I’m afraid it came down to their word against ours and of course we were not believed in our complaint and the staff covered their backs.
We were recommended to use Benchmarx but I’m afraid I would not recommend them at all. A very stressful experience which I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

Service from Grant and Charley at the farnborough branch went above and beyond and we are over the moon with the finished install. Grant even came in on his day off to meet us at the showroom. Great team and would recommend

Fitted kitchen, greta company

I ventured into the Worksop showroom one fateful day, confused and overwhelmed after visiting several other companies, I didn't anticipate this being the day I ordered however I was met with extremely helpful, thoughtful, reassuring staff. I cannot fault the service, the process and the product and would happily recommend Elisa and Josh at Worksop to create anyone's new kitchen. We love our new kitchen, ESPECIALLY THE BIN DRAWER!! From the first visit, he understood exactly what I wanted and dreamed for my kitchen. His design has given me the storage and workspace needed, even taking the time to help me choose all accessories from style of cupboard to door handles, all excellent quality.
David and his team are friendly, helpful and were supportive throughout, working with my builder Jon they have helped make the whole process feel easy and stress free.
I am so pleased with finished result and enjoying my new kitchen.
I highly recommend this them!

Benchmarx are confusing.
Went to a store to plan a kitchen, and was advised they would advise me of installers as they need to have an account, and they have not bothered. Been chased twice on what I was doing, and promised first time they would send me contacts, but then chased again, and advised they will not advise me of installers, so as they cannot be bothered, I won't bother with Benchmarx now.

No, I won't consider Benchmarx as they couldn't be bothered with my business

We can't recommend Benchmarx kitchens in Mold highly enough. From making our first enquiry in the showroom, to the delivery of the kitchen, the service was outstanding. In particular Abbie was exceptional in her professionalism, enthusiasm and support. She listened to what we wanted and we are delighted with the finished design and fitting of our kitchen. It's exactly what we imagined and every aspect works for us. Abbie is an asset to the company and her dedication ensured a stress free experience. The kitchen fitter she recommended was also brilliant.

Great Service from Benchmark Slough Maxine really professional and helpful great lady

Thanks to Daniel Markham for the time he spent designing a kitchen for us and all the follow up work obtaining samples etc.. The design was intuitive and obviously by someone who has constructed kitchens ( unlike Wren). We went with another supplier in the end but this was nothing to do with the price or the service we received, so would recommend.

A big thank you to James and Cara at Benchmarx Gloucester for their professionalism, endless patience with my design amendments, support and delivery.
The product is excellent quality and the Benchmarx installation PDF a must read for the DIYer. Very pleased with the overall experience and highly recommend you consider Benchmarx in your research for your new kitchen.

We had a DIY kitchens in our old house and thought we'd go and do the same in our new house, however after booking a meeting in at Benchmarx with Charley at the Rickmanworth branch, we soon realised it was the much better choice, better quality of product and also beat DIY kitchens price.

From start to finish, the process was very good, changes were needed but this was all resolved really quickly and professionally, as well as giving me some extra advice on certain units as I was fitting the kitchen myself.
I'd definitely recommend the team at Rickmanworth and will be using them again if needed in the future.

I don’t often leave reviews, but Benchmark Kitchens in Rugby (and especially Adam) absolutely deserve one.

Our kitchen was far from a straightforward job. One of the walls is curved, which made measuring and planning quite tricky. Adam came out to measure it carefully, and then came back again after I’d removed some of the old units so he could get even more accurate measurements. He really took the time to make sure everything would fit perfectly.

It was a difficult kitchen to get right, but Adam went above and beyond at every stage. Nothing felt rushed, and he clearly cared about getting it spot on.

The end result is an amazing kitchen that I absolutely love. The units are top quality and the whole thing was delivered in a surprisingly quick timeframe as well.

Huge thanks to Benchmark Kitchens and especially Adam for the effort and attention to detail. It made a big difference and I’m genuinely grateful.

We recently purchased our kitchen with James, and the whole experience was excellent. James was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He answered all our questions patiently and was always available whenever we needed help or advice.

Popped in to my local branch in hove as I wanted a couple of extra cupboards to add to the kitchen units i purchased 12 years ago. Thankfully they still did them. Service was excellent from the young lady Sarah and expecting to receive the parts in a couple of days. Good old fashioned great service 👍

We were really impressed with both Natalie and Debbie’s support (Benchmarx Halstead) from sketches and scoping all the way through to the finished room. They were super helpful all the way along the design process, meeting with us various times and answering our many questions and changes throughout. No problem was too much for them to help with. They helped design the perfect family kitchen for our young family. Products are very good quality with them having thoughtful consideration for our budget and family needs. Big thank you, Debbie and Natalie, we are very happy!

A huge thank you to Tia at Benchmarx Vauxhall for her help in designing my kitchen. Even though it’s a small space, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She kindly came out to measure everything and took great care in creating a design that works perfectly for me.
