Overall a really good experience
Overall a really good experience. The product was well priced and the delivery was free. It arrived quickly and the driver couldn’t have been more helpful to deliver it to exactly where we wanted it.
The only slight downside was the communication on the timing of the delivery. I didn’t get a time window until 7:04 on the day and that was for 3 hours from 7 - 10. Not a huge issue though.

Could have been an issue with cookie…
Could have been an issue with cookie settings but had to exchange multiple message to resolve a block in the process when purchasing through my iPhone. Also, probably a bad batch of panels but larch lap was paper thin in parts, so much so that sunlight sends patches translucent and can see shadows of neighbours plants! Putting it down to a one off as never had similar problems before.

Eammon, delivery skills were fantastic. Plonked the sub-base in the most convenient spot which made the job far easier. Would be my go to place even over price because the service is excellent.
