I placed an order with Bradfords for…
I placed an order with Bradfords for two planters, and two large trellis panels.
On the day of delivery the planters arrived, but no trellis! I questioned the driver who said perhaps they come in from a different courier, and so I emailed Bradfords to track down where the trellis was.
I’ve got an email just telling me that I would receive a refund for the trellis, because there was a delay from their trusted supplier! No other explanation. I’ve been full of my email up to ask why I was being refunded only to be told that there was a minimum order quantity for this particular item from their trusted supplier. A further email asking what the minimum quantity was and why my order has been accepted and money taken was sent, back came the reply that they’re trusted supplier had a minimum quantity order of three, I had ordered two!
I think it’s terrible of Bradford to take orders and payment for items that apparently are below minimum quantity, and I was left without the materials to complete a job and now needing to source trellis from a different company.
In this review you will see are use the word trusted supplier on numerous occasions, that is because every email in response to my questions is always regarding their trusted suppliers who I find not to be so trusted if they’re taking payment for orders that can never be fulfilled.
Totally let down, and certainly wouldn’t recommend using Bradfords to anybody Because like me you might be left high and dry without the materials you’ve actually paid for.
