I ordered extra decking supplies as I didn’t have enough to complete the job. It all arrived the next day and the delivery was free. I’m very satisfied.

The service from this depot was second to none. The delivery driver simply could not have been more helpful.

The drawback was the product. We purchased two fence panels both of which were tacky and both panels although supposedly treated, were spotted with a considerable amount of what appears to be black mould. Surprising because these panels exceeded £40 each, so, not cheap by any standard.

Having suffered as many did with Storm Eunice damage, we needed to replace Two large fence panels both 6ft x 6ft made by Tafs , we haven’t lived in our property for long , only 3 months so didn’t know where to replace them with the same product, a quick Google search revealed that Bradfords building supplies stocked them and they were on offer ! easily ordered online over the weekend and they promptly phoned me on Monday morning to arrange delivery the next day , a great local service to help ease the stress of Damage repairs, thanks Bradfords 👍 great job

Done a click and collect on a Saturday morning, staff very helpful in and out within 10 minutes.

Always find the staff accommodating and helpful. Service is excellent and deliveries are quick. If any problems crop up we are always notified. Well done everyone.

I purchased some items on a Saturday by click and collect. The branch rang me at about 11:50am to warn me that they shut at noon. I said I would leave immediately and they said they would be there a bit after noon while they locked up. I got there at about 12:15 and they were just locking up. My stuff was there waiting. That is great service. Thanks!

I ordered some material on line, the order was accepted with goods in stock.
Unfortunately there was a fault on the website and the materials were not available. The branch at Liskeard rang promptly the next day and apologised.

Great service, only comment is that although I gave directions to our place, it is not the easiest to find, these were not passed on to the driver. This resulted in a waste of his time as he was driving around trying to find me.

Quick and easy to order. The lady (jodie)phoned to say orders ready for collection. 45min later I'm on the way home with order collected. Would definitely use again

Can't fault my local depot, always seem to have in stock what I need. Certainly worth looking for availability of stock before heading off elsewhere. Only one caveat the web pages could be a little clearer to understand and to avoid any misleading statements when collecting supplies. The last is for the website and not the branch
