Delivery was on time driver really helpful and friendly product was just what was required and ordered better than a previously used company who’s customer service and delivery was disgraceful I would definitely recommend and use Bradfords again A+++

Poor communication, delayed delivery.
Please note, I rarely leave poor reviews as I'm normally quite easy going.
Order confirmation clearly says
" Branch Delivery products are typically delivered within 2 - 3 working days. Once you submit your order, you will be contacted by your local branch to arrange a specific date and time that works for you."
I was not contacted.
Had to chase them up after a week, as I hadn't heard anything and the website said my account was being processed? Received an email saying I world be connected and then received a phone call message saying it will be delivered tomorrow. No time etc. Have since received a text saying it will be delivered today but some products are on back order. When I got home they had both been delivered.
It was only 2 bulk bags so only a small order, but it would have been nice to have had some communication saying when it would be delivered.

Best price locally
Best price locally, helpful staff, good communication and was delivered as expected. Delivery driver very helpful and placed bulk bags as close to final destination as possible.

Communication from local store was not very good, however after chasing my order on the Wednesday (placed on a bank holiday Monday) I received a text on Thursday morning to say it was being delivered within the next half hour.
Out of the 16 decking boards I ordered only 1 is slightly warped, but not unusable.

The delivery 19/04/23
I had a delivery 19/04/2023 3 duppy bags chippings
4ft × 6ft fencing panel
2 × 4.8 meters of 3×1" timber
roll of Weedcheck Weed Control Barrier 1× 14 meters.
I'm a disabled person that can't carry or lift anything to heavy the lorry driver was very very helpful he carried the fence panel and timber to a safe place to store it and managed to put the bags of chippings in the garden close to were they were going to be used for my gardening project he was very cheerful and helpful I've had things delivered in the past and it's been hard work to get a grunt from the delivered person a big 👍 for a good job thanks to the team at Bradford Larabridge BILLACOMBE ROAD PLYMOUTH

Delivery of goods still not occurred 10 days after ordering. Problem blamed on shortage of delivery lorries. Will never buy from bradfords again

Topsoil delivered to my address unfortunately the bag was put on my drive on its side with the contents spilling out my wife as sent an email with photos attached but not h had a reply

Excellent Service
I ordered a dumpy bag of topsoil on 6th March 2023 and it was delivered the following day. I expected it to be placed on my driveway but the driver was very helpful and managed to position the bag very close to where we wanted it. This saved a considerable amount of time transferring it via wheelbarrow to our raised beds.
