Extremely impressed - got a phone call to arrange delivery, said I would need a pm delivery and Lucy noted that and said if they couldn’t do pm on the day stated she would let me know. Useless click/collect
Ordered 8 featheredge boards on click/collect at approximately 10 o'clock am on the 02/07/2024 and waited for confirmation it was ready. 03/07/2024 still not heard decided at approx 3 o'clock to see if my order was ready and it was not, so much for click/ collect in 1 hour. Bradfords need to take a leaf out screwfix/toolstation book

The service itself was tip top but…..
The service itself was tip top as always. Unfortunately I visited the Plympton branch a couple of days before as the website said there were 5 chimney pots in stock. It’s a 2hr journey for me so quite frustrating to get there for there to be none in stock and for a staff member to say that the website stock never matches what’s actually in stock.

Ordered a concrete slab 900 x 600 x…
Ordered a concrete slab 900 x 600 x 50mm £16.97 on SUNDAY 9th May 2024.....still waiting to hear from them to say it's read for collection. When I check it in my account it states 'Awaiting picking'....how long does it take to pick it and contact the customer ?? 4 days and still NOTHING. Will see if they contact me on Friday 15th March 2024 to say it's ready to collect but somehow I won't hold my breath for it. Won't use the company again and if still nothing on Friday...will be asking for a full refund as well.

What was good was the speed of delivery with no extra delivery charge, the price of the goods and the delivery driver was totally brilliant and so helpful. Altogether a really good experience from ordering to delivery. Well done!
