Online order process and collection not yet fit for purpose.
Set up account and ordered online. Order accepted as was online payment; confirmation phone call from local branch received saying ready for collection. On going to collect items - at first order could not be located on system. Timber Required was not ready and had to wait for it to be cut (which staff say they are not supposed to do). To summarise - staff very helpful and polite but process very poor - not joined up. Staff said system was still prone to teething problems!

Excellent Service
This product was delivered within two days of ordering it and was a Christmas present to my partner. The driver could not get his lorry down our narrow farm lane so parked up and walked down with the delivery. It's quite a walk and being what must have been such a busy period was still delivered with a friendly smile. I have used this company in the past for other things and they always provide an above and beyond delivery service!

Two orders of gravel. The first delivered within 2 hours of ordering and the second delivered the same day as the order. Neatly stacked bags left in the driveway. Great service

Not "click and collect" as it should be!
Prices not the most competitive.
I choose online "click and collect" from store service and paid online. On arrival I spent 10mins at till until the invoice was printed and the collection docket. I then had to go into yard to find person to give docket too to start collecting! He brought me the items and on my checking one was incorecct size. So not impressed at all. Goods with paperwork should have been waiting for me, that is what I understand by "click and collect".

Great service from the get go
Great service from the get go. Easy internet site. Great communication from commerce department. Wanted items delivered to an awkward area but the HIAB driver was excellent and saved me a whole lot of hassle.
