The staff were very friendly and…
The staff were very friendly and helpful but after ordering online it then took a long time in store for them to be able to produce my ticket for collection in the yard and then despite having paid online and there being enough it stock, the sleepers left were of too poor quality to sell and the staff were not happy for me to have them. I managed to find 1 that was usable but have now got to wait for another delivery (over a week away) before I can go back and collect the other sleeper that’s already been paid for.
It would have been a lot quicker just to go in than order online and I would have gone elsewhere if I’d known that they didn’t actually have what I needed.

Branch not working with HO.
I selected skirting board from the website. Collect from Sherborne.
After 5 days of hearing nothing I phoned the store.
They had no record of it.
Checking stock it was there but had not been processed.
Que to request it. Told to go outside.
Waited there and eventually came.
Told then to go back into shop to process. So standing there whilst staff try to Talley with HO order.
Not the efficient process I hoped for.
