Delivery was correct and on time but…
Delivery was correct and on time but one of my sleepers was damaged all along two edges. I asked for a replacement which they agreed to but had to call 3 times for it then it was eventually swapped 3 days later.
Then when I went to do the job I realised that half of the sleepers were 2400x200x100 as advertised and the other half were 2400x190x95 and different grade timbers which was very annoying when trying to build a retaining wall and having 2 different sized sleepers.

Great Service
The website was unclear as to when my item would be available for collection at my local depot (Yeovil) and there were also no details regarding collection procedure in the order confirmation email. So I called them and was asked to leave my name and number and was told that someone would call me back. I was doubtful this would happen, but within an hour I had received a call to say that the item was not at the depot for collection, as it should be, so because of the inconvenience they would send a vehicle to get it and deliver it to me the same day. I then received a delivery confirmation text with a timeslot and the item arrived within the given window. I was very impressed and will definitely use again. I will say that I think collection instructions and item availability were not clear on the website or email and require improvement.
