Helpful staff with a cheerful disposition
I first visited the store where a very helpful chap walked over to the decking planks with me and compared my sample to find the best match. Nothing was too much trouble despite the blazing heat, and no doubt spending his life walking around the yard finding bits and bobs!! I then placed the order online having confirmed with my partner it was what we needed. Also added a dump bag of gravel to top up the drive as the price was competitive. Smooth process all the way through. The driver was equally as helpful and got the goods dropped as near as he could to where we needed it.

Easy process
Easy order, good communication regarding delivery, Very helpful delivery driver.
A couple of the decking boards were pretty cracked and not in great condition.
All else was good.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I ordered the wrong size timber online and called my local Bradfords to change the order which they did. Unfortunately they still delivered the original size but one quick call to a friendly and helpful person and the next day it was changed. The customer service I got meant I did not mind the error.
