I bought a belt and wallet set for my partners birthday.
Unfortunately the buckle on the belt broke as soon as he tried it on .
I bought it on 1st july and let them know on the 27th july (when it had been opened on his birthday) that it had come apart.
They wouldn't send a replacement or give any partial refund.
They said its been over a month , but I dont believe 1st july to the 27th july is over a month...
The best they could do is offer discount to buy another one .
