Ordered a package over 2 weeks ago still not received it the only update I’m given is it’s been dispatched

This is the real deal, by far the best brass knuckles on the market. They shipped like the said and could track my order. I got the heaviest brass knuckles they make and I love them also got the 1918 brass knuckles knife. Nothing about these items are cheap. Also the customer service is great. I definitely recommend this Company and will be ordering from them again...

Just received my order and I’m honestly going to say they are beautifully made. True amazing craftsmanship. They are the type of item that actually look so nice that you just want to put them down and look at them all day. But they feel amazing too when you hold them in your grip. So well made. I’m very happy and they are so nice looking and such a well made product. Very hard to find some nice like this made in the U.S. these days too. Very good purchase.

The product is so well-made and so solid and fantastic, definitely well worth it. And if you have any questions and you have to contact him and email them, they’re normally back to you within one or two days customer services very good. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody, It’s just an all-around solid well-made, beautiful product.

Ordered over 5 weeks ago and still hasn’t turned up. Complete scam! Tracking numbers don’t work

Company are obviously working hard to deliver what they promise in a tough, competitive business world. Ordered few items initially all were fine but quickly discovered poor build quality and terrible customer service. To be referred to as "Bro" in email reply was first red flag. However I ordered couple more items for friends who'd requested them and on arrival quickly discovered the second item was faulty, didn't charge and so once battery expires that's it folks. I kept on at the company though and they eventually relented after much pressure accepting my return (at my cost of course) item replacement is currently still in transit so will hold back until it is apparent whether they've acted honourably or simply despicable scammers masquerading as a reputable business company. Watch this space folks

Needed the knuckles for a gift. Ordered 7 days in advance. Had to request tracking number, which Brass Knuckle Company failed to provide (as promised) in the "shipped" email. According to USPS, label was created but they STILL don't have the package.

Very pleased with my order – it only took a week to arrive, which was quicker than expected. Communication with the company was excellent, and I was happy with how helpful and responsive they were. Would definitely order again.

From UK, my order came thru swift and descret, really was not expecting it given what I ordered. Came thru tho. And more than pleased with every item. Even the electric one.😉. And also got a handy key ring too. 😉👍

I ordered two items. They got to me in just over a week. They emailed me the day after the order to tell me I hadn’t read the description and needed to buy something else for the first order to be shipped. I was suspicious at first but went through with it anyway. Good as gold. Both items were exactly what I asked for. Communication was immediate. I will be shopping with them again. Not only that but they put a little surprise in the package for me also which they didn’t have to do.

I placed an order 7 days ago, before reviewing any customer review feedback from third-party sources. It seems they are a bit shady at best. Multiple emails were sent unanswered, and their phone goes directly to voicemail regardless of the time of day. Once you place an order, do not expect an email verifying that the order was received. On their site, it shows an order pending. I even paid for expedited shipping. I'm starting to think I may have been scammed out of $279.00. If I do receive anything, I will gladly give an apology for this review. I will not hold my breath.

I would not recommend them I ordered an item from there and it turned out to be damaged upon arrival. No matter how many times I would email them or call them I would get no reply their phone number automatically ends the call and emailing them is pointless

So I ordered two items from here on June 9th 2025. I then saw reviews saying it was a scam company which obviously made me worried as I'd just forked out £170.00.
I didn't bother trying to contact them as people were saying the customer service people never answered. Tbh I originally thought this was an American company but after a couple of weeks when the tracker started working my items had left a chinese city and were currently in Hong Kong. That was 3 days ago and the package arrived today so happy days. The items were advertised as solid brass, I'm assuming they are but without making a little cut in them can't confirm this. They are certainly heavy, and honestly exactly as in the photos on website. They even came in little button down pouches which wasn't mentioned.
Anyway, I'm happy with them.
This is an honest review. I live in Maidstone in Kent. I'm not chinese lol.

Never receive my parcel and wasn't sent any barcode or address to pick parcel up. Sent via yodel who are the worst delivery company and don't help matters. Nobody takes responsibility!

First off this website isn't a scam I just got mine yesterday and I'm very pleased with my purchase and it came before the date it was supposed to be the date I was supposed to get them was the 14th January 2025 I got them January 10th 2025 instead and I love them and I definitely plan of getting some more your loss if you believe the people leaving bad reviews I'm gonna lie at first I thought this website was fake too but it's really not fake it's a legit website like I said I plan on getting more there the real brass knuckles not them fake belt buckle kind you get at hot topic I'm very happy with my purchase and am planning on getting more different style this time keep up the great work brassknucklecompany.com

I never received the items. It is now numerous days late post office is no help and bkc customer service has been a laughable joke had to open dispute with bank

The post office in my town is extremely poor and lost my order! These guys tracked it and fixed the problem! I will place more orders from them in the future!

The fact is that in life things are never what they seem , but not in this case! You get exactly what you ask for. The product wide top small midnight chrome are fantastic, you can tell the custom quality and the customer service was outstanding .thanks BK I'll will definitely be a return customer!
