After checking the availability of my items I placed an order. The tracking number was provided the next day and I was able to track my package until it was delivered about a week later. Great seller, good products and excellent service. Very happy with the service from Pinky and the guys at BKC.

This company products are great quality and comes though when things happen within the postal system. When I contacted them, they had no problem re sending my product I did not receive do to the postal system. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!

I requested an anniversary gift with engraving. I thought I did my homework and had it all lined up. I missed the fine print , it might need an additional 2-3 weeks . I left messages and emails, and got a response back, they’d do their best to get it to me in time. My mistake was their problem. I received my item 2 days before the deadline. IT LOOKS AMAZING!!!

I called this company regarding an order 11 times in 2 week period. NOT once did they call back. Voice mail/ answering machine is always full, and they NEVER answer the phone no matter what time you call. If they spent as much time acting with a business manner as they do writing up brass knuckle ads they might be worth doing business with. Typical Millennial business. Lazy, useless and not professional.

Did a little research and found this company years ago, ordered a few pairs and couldn't have been happier, the 100% brass is the real deal and the stealth knuckles feel strong for being made out of some kinda plastic, I placed an order more recently and had a minor hiccup that was resolved right away thru email at no cost or inconvenience to me whatsoever. The bad reviews baffle me, both my orders were shipped out a day or 2 after ordering and have arrived in the standard 2-3 day shipping.. My experience with this company has been great,, awesome products paired with awesome service.

My order was marked as lost on the 30th December at 7am as confirmed by Royal mail. I had sent several emails to this company to explain this situation and requested a refund. I received a couple of replies by Pinky however all they had done was tracked the item which shows that it hadn't moved since 14th December, although they made no attempt to contact the delivery service who would have confimed that it was lost. Upon tracking the package myself, I of course could see that there had been no update since 14/12/22, however, Royal mail were able to confirm that it was marked as lost 30/12/22, I explained this & had told them exactly what Royal mail had told me, I mentioned that they would need to contact Royal mail (who I called myself and it was Royal mail who confirmed that they could see on their end that the package was marked as lost). I was advised to contact the merchant with this information, which I did, but now my attempts of contact are being ignored. I have also seen from other reviews that emails get ignored often! It looks like I am going to have to take this further in order to get my money back. I would avoid this company at all costs, they will not refund you. This entire company seems like a scam. If I do receive a refund, I will update my review, but that seems unlikely at this point.

I placed an order and was IMMEDIATELY charged. Yet, 3 weeks later nothing had arrived. Shipping status said “in transit” for 2 weeks with no updates. All of my emails and calls to company were completely ignored.
This company is a fraud and are complete crooks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT ORDER!! absolute scam. i threw my money away and they sent fake tracking codes. the “customer service” will not respond and the phone number does not pick up and the voice mailbox is full. do not use this “company”. I will change and edit this review if anything changes.

I'll only speak about my own experience, but it was all worth it and yes, the company is legit. I had made one order before realizing they had a 100% brass knuckle paperweight (the other was iron or some other metal) so I messaged them and asked to cancel my first order and fulfill the second one. They sent me a notification for the cancelation of the first order and I just received my 100% brass knuckles paperweight in the mail yesterday. I would definitely purchase from them again. Product is made professionally and very sturdy to hold my important paperwork down ;)

This seller is a fraud. They take money but never deliver. Their "customer service" never responded to any contact. Avoid them if you don't want to be ripped off.

Horrible follow up. Will take your money gladly and then leave you hanging. No response from company after repeated attempts

How are there so many positive reviews? Are they family to Brass Knuckle Company?

I purchased two original 100% pure brass knuckles and I never received the product. Horrible customer service. They literally lied about getting back to me and 132$ DOWN THE DRAIN.

I ordered the "Original Brass Knuckles". When my knuckles arrived, they were significantly smaller/thinner in every dimension than what the site said would be the "approximate dimensions". The site also claimed that they would have a beautiful finish both inside and out, however, many inside surfaces were scratched and gouged. When i contacted the company about these issues, their answer/reasoning was that their product is hand made. In one of my e-mails, i asked if I were to return these knuckles, would the replacements be the same size/condition? Their response was that the replacement would probably have a better finish, but that they would expect them to be the same size.
This told me two things. This company has obvious quality control issues, and while these knuckles are indeed brass, they are falsely advertised for size.
