They get everything wrong
I ordered three T-shirts from Mirto representing Bread & Boxers in Spain. They managed to get just about everything wrong wth the delivery. First I got a message saying that I would receive another message when the products have been dispatched. No message came but 5 days after placing the order DHL delivered the products, but one shirt was missing. I called the company and they promised to deliver the missing shirt next day. I did get the missing shirt but in a wrong size. A real disaster, either they did not have enough shirts in the size I wanted or they just could not care. I cannot recommend this company to anybody.

I can see that you sent us an email last friday afternoon. At the same time it has been easter in Sweden and all the emails will be answered today (we don't work during holidays or weekends)
When I check your order I can see that it was shipped on April 28th and that it has been delivered by UPS on April 29th to AARHUS. So it's strange that you still haven't received it.
Either way I will send you a separate email about the details where you can track it yourself!

Redemption In A Pair of Boxer Briefs
My first review of this company was less than “glowing.” They had sent me a feedback survey before my product arrived and they appeared unresponsive to multiple customer service requests. As it turns out…the company was on holiday and the shipper they had selected has reliability issues in my region. B & B made a significant effort to correct these issues so now I can simply write about the product…it’s outstanding. I typically buy Hanro or Zimmeril but I am a recent convert to Bread and Boxers. Quality workmanship and comfort that is off the charts. I’m glad we were able to resolve our early differences because I am now looking forward to being a customer for a long time!

You are correct that we've had some major issues with our logistics and customer service. You can see our other answers to our other reviews both here and on socials.
We changed to a brand new warehouse and at the same time we also changed our customer service system. Unfortunately some orders didn't go through to our new warehouse, and at the same time several tickets in our new customer service system never got through. We're very sorry about this!
When i'm looking at your order i can see that your order was delivered on May 3rd (seems to be the day after you left this review). I'm also surprised UPS never notified you about the package. I'm currently looking into this.
I will also send you an email from my own email with the tracking link from UPS where you can see the details.
Again - i'm very sorry about the delay in your order and the silence from our side.

Expect long delivery
update: after reaching out to them again (+leaving this review) I received an update on my order which has already been shipped. No scam, but definitely not the most stable operations atm.
Ordered 3 weeks ago but haven't received anything yet. Reached out to them 1 week ago, yet no answer. this company is either a scam or is going through some major operational challenges - either way I wouldn't recommend ordering here, very poor customer experience along every single dimension.

Two orders and not received either
Two orders and not received either. The first was nearly 6 weeks ago. Emails go unanswered and then eventually get told order has been shipped, still nothing, then told it had never been shipped.
I’ve bought a lot from this company over the years but won’t risk losing money again.
I’d advise people to shop elsewhere.

We're very sorry about the issues regarding your orders.
To give you some context: we have recently moved our warehouse, which temporarily extended our delivery times by up to 14 days.
At the same time, we migrated to a new email server for our customer support, and unfortunately, several incoming messages — including yours — were lost in the transition without reaching us.
I can see that our customer service finally handled your ticket earlier today where we refunded your other order which is on its way to you (tracking were provided in the last response as far as I can see), and the order is also fully refunded to you. This means you can keep your order for free because of the issues that you have experienced with us.
I sincerely hope you will keep coming back to us and give a new chance in the future, since everything is (from now on) back to normal at Bread & Boxers!

Horrible delivery / communication
It has been almost a month since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received my items. To make things worse, the discount mentioned by the company as a goodwill gesture has not been applied. I am so disappointed by this company.
