Renewal date was 07/09/2026 but took…
Renewal date was 07/09/2026 but took payment on 31/08/2026. Sending emails thanking for renewal.
As vehicle was over 15 years old I realised car not covered under policy.
On 31/ 08/2026 I cancelled policy and asked for refund.Seven days before renewal date.
Still not received refund now
17/ O9/26 .
Had a case OO742415 opened saying a full refund will be given on an e.mail but not heard any thing else since 01,/09/2026.

I wouldn't bother
I wouldn't bother - yes they are cheap but be warned they are only a broker. The companies that they pass the policies on to are unable to fulfil and leave you straned. When you complain to Eversure all they say is they are just the broker and you need to deal with the recovery company who are slippery as hell and seem to create their won T&C's. Just be big and pay a reputable company direct it worth the extra when it all goes Pete Tong

I am really happy how easy and quickly everything took and the cover i could choose what i wanted for my car cover, i didnt feel pressured whatsoever, and very comfortable throughout my application, thanks everyone for making it easier for me than others have, which helped with my anxiety too.

Disappointing service - will not be renewing
Whilst the purchase of my UK and European breakdown policy was hassle free, when I then broke down in France and needed to use my cover it has turned into an absolute nightmare.
The company Eversure use is National Breakdown and they have been abysmal. My car is still in France nearly a month later and every conversation with the claim handlers is another contradiction and another expense against me. We have launched a formal complaint against National Breakdown but unfortunately this does not reflect well on Eversure either as their website implies fantastic service to trust when you find yourself with a breakdown problem. This has definitely not been the case for us.

Went with eversure car breakdown…
Went with eversure car breakdown insurance as it was suggested as an option on the Martin Lewis website. I like that it covers all cars I drive, plus any I’m a passenger in and all for a great price.
The website was easy to purchase from. Hopefully it’ll be easy to get help if I ever break down.
