I am still waiting for a resolution for an issue that happened on 11th July 2026 when Eversure left us for more than 3 hours in the side of the M11 in the heat with cars obviously driving past. Do you not have customers care in mind?
You answer On a Trustpilot review yet you keep ignoring my emails. Strange that…. I have sent 2 emails this week plus all the others since 11/7.

When purchasing a new policy, the quote journey defaults to a specific start date. However, once you have selected the cover you wish to purchase and click 'Buy Now', the first field displayed is 'Cover Start Date', which can be amended before completing the purchase.

Checked Eversure out on Trustpilot…
Checked Eversure out on Trustpilot before taking out the breakdown cover. They showed good experiences overall so continued with purchasing their breakdown cover online. Everything was very easy and efficient. Received the cover certificate and policy etc. within minutes. The five stars are obviously for my experience with Eversure so far. Hopefully I will never need them but hopefully they will be just as efficient if I do.

when i reported my Break down i was treated with respect and politeness, the actual pick up of my car went smoothly and on time it was transported to my dealership without any problems, i must say that Eversure break down cover is the best i have ever received and i have been driving for over sixty years, so well done to all and thanks.2408

Easy to choose and pay
It was very quick and simple to select the policy that suited my needs.
The prices were very competitive in fact the best.
After that it took minutes to secure the policy and pay.
I was immediately informed by email all about my cover and payment etc.
Excellent experience all round.

It ticked all the boxes
I used comparison sites as my current insurer was not competitive and although not the cheapest, Eversure Breakdown Personal Insurance ticked all the boxes that I needed.

The website was simple enough to navigate but somewhere I made an error and had to contact Eversure by phone. The experience was excellent. 'David' the call handler was polite and knowledgeable and had been covered in minutes. A splendid experience.
