Fantastic service

Fantastic service in relation to my recent purchase! Had a couple of queries regarding my order and Mags was so helpful and communication was brilliant. They have such a lovely range of home furnishings would highly recommend!

Failed to ship, failed to credit - Avoid

Ordered goods received confirmation. Then didn’t hear anything for over a month, didn’t answer phone and claimed items damaged in warehouse and I would be credited. Another month on still hadn’t credited me, put it in dispute with the credit card company. Don’t trust them, avoid.

Ordered lights in February as still not…

Ordered lights in February as still not appeared every time we try and call them no one answered we sent emails and was told would be in post by next week. This has happened many times have tried today alone 23 times but still no answer
Would not use again wife is beyond unhappy as money was taken in Feb and still no sign of refund or product

Fantastic Service

Received my purchase today and can’t express my satisfaction enough. The sideboard is perfect and as described on the website. The quality is amazing. The service from the staff was Excellant, and the communication every step of the way was superb, I will definitely purchase from here in the future.

Undelivered order

Disappointed by this company.
I ordered, and paid for, a pair of dining chairs on
21st August 2024 with delivery promised within 4-14 days. They were never delivered. I contacted the company seeking an explanation
and was advised that the order had gone astray but had since been found and was asked if I still wished to proceed with the order. I declined and requested a refund which I received approximately 7 days later. The staff who I dealt with in the cancellation/refund process were very apologetic and to be fair, were
very polite and helpful.

Order not delivered in 3 weeks and no information given.

Ordered a nest of tables on 9 August 2024 and received e-mail confirmation of the order immediately but then nothing about when it will be delivered. Tried phoning the number which rotates on the website screen (0191 519 2300) and have now sent two e-mails asking when it will be delivered with no response.

Disappointed customer

As per some of the other comments posted, I too purchased an item (7th of July). Only when I chased the whereabouts of my delivery some weeks later did I get told there was now a delay at the manufacturers and an additional 3-4 week delay would be incurred. Although I requested to proceed it has now been 5 week since i agreed to proceed. I have e-mailed numerous times to find out the status of this order but received no response. No operational number to call either. As per another review I read, I too am starting to think I have been done!

Maze Ambition Garden Dining set purchased from Breeze Furnishings

Recently purchased Maze Ambition garden corner sofa and dining set from Breeze.
Wonderful customer service with excellent communication and prompt delivery! Lovely people to deal with.
The garden furniture is lovely! Very good quality and exactly as advertised!
Also really good price!
Puts the finishing touches to our garden makeover!
Would definitely recommend!

Great service as usual

Called into Breeze today , not looking for anything in particular but a beautiful mirror caught my eye. Thought about it for a while 5 minutes 😂and of course bought it. The service was wonderful from Andy. Once again thank you for helping me to the car.

Undelivered Sofa

My partner ordered a sofa end of March 2024, still haven’t received it. received no correspondence although we chased multiple times. Last communication beginning of June. Confirming sofa still going through quality checks. Starting to be concerned might be a scam company.

Appalling communication…

I had to email several times for updates on my order, which didn't get dispatched for 3 weeks! The item was showing as 'in stock' on the website but apparently it was not. Arrived in the end, and I'm happy with my purchase just felt it could have been handled better. A simple email to explain the delay early doors would have been nice, especially as my payment was taken on order and not on despatch.
