The quality of the items delivered were extremely good. We ordered two lamps and they are wonderful. The website was very easy to order from.
Other customers should note that our lamps were delayed and it took several calls to chase them up. However, the company were polite and helpful and eventually the lamps arrived, securely packed.
I would still order from them again, and recommend Breeze to others, though the company would benefit from improving its efficiency - I see we’re not the first customer to note a similar less than stellar logistics. I know they source products from other buyers (and that was the case with our lamps) but countless other companies do the same thing and still manage to deliver on time. If Breeze attended to this, they could (and should) be a solid five stars. But in the meantime, if you’re prepared for a bit of chasing up, I’d definitely recommend them.

I have emailed the email address they tell you to contact to ask for an update and chased multiple times but no response. I feel like I've been scammed. Final plea for some help!
UPDATE, IN RESPONSE TO COMMENT: I didn't ask you to cancel the order and refund, I just asked for a simple update on my order? Delivery on Tuesday would've sufficed, I'm confused...
IN RESPONSE TO SECOND COMMENT: You list your preferred contact method on your order confirmation as the email address so I respected your request. You could've tried contacting me first before cancelling my order, it's not solely your decision to make to cancel it. Thanks for your help!

Placed an online order for a wall art showing 'in stock' on their website. Received an email 4 days later noting that 'unfortunately this picture is now out of stock'.
I find it increasingly difficult to chose smaller family retail businesses because after a year of trialling, a visible pattern emerging: the systemic issue of ignoring the reality of business operation.
Unfortunately, Breeze is another example of this problem.
The wall art is still showing available to order on their website. Good luck guys.

My order 353505 was stated with a 21 day time frame which was fine. 2 months later I’m still waiting, I’m just glad I paid with credit card. I’ve sent 3 emails chasing my order and have got no update. I work in furniture sales myself and am so disappointed with the lack of communication.

Really bad customer service. Made me wait 18 days despite stating delivery was 4-14 days and just used the Easter period as an excuse. They never even bothered to contact or keep me updated until I emailed them. In addition when I asked when it would be delivered they tried to add on another 72 hours and said “approx” and that it hadn’t even been sent out yet !! Am using all social media outlets to warn everyone not to use this company and will report them to the regulatory bodies.
Try TOM MARSH or Nicky Cornell who have relatively similar, same price furniture and excellant and honest customer service.

I placed an order on 14th March and was advised delivery would be 4-14 days. It is now 5 weeks since the order was placed and I have still not received the order. Having not heard from them I messaged them and didn't receive an answer. I messaged again and was advised there was a delay. I messaged back asking for an approximate date and have heard nothing back. Very bad service and customer service.

My order was 9 weeks delayed and I didn’t receive any proactive updates, I had to call and email to get the delay on their radar. I never found out what caused the delay, I just had to keep chasing until my order was delivered.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORSE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NONE RESPONDS TO EMAILS AND CALLS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I have purchased some cushions they never delivered and never replied to any of my email. I had to go through the charge back process!

I recently purchased a dressing table and a chest of drawers from Breeze and I’m really pleased with them. The furniture is beautiful, well made, and looks perfect in my room. The quality is excellent and it feels very sturdy.
A special thank you to Mags and her husband who delivered the furniture. They were both so friendly, professional, and helpful. They handled everything with care and made the whole delivery process really smooth and stress-free.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great furniture and great service – I would definitely recommend Breeze to anyone looking for quality pieces for their home!
I ordered 4 cushions 21st December 2025. I was contacted in January to say they was out of stock & stock wasn’t due until end of January so I could wait or be refunded. I agreed to wait in good faith. Come 14th February, still no cushions or futher contact. I emailed to ask for a refund. No reply. I had to contact my card provider for a refund. I still haven’t received a reply.
Avoid.
