I had a great experience shopping with this company. The customer service was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The product standards are clearly high—everything I received was well-made, durable, and exactly as described. I was also impressed by the wide selection available, which made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Overall, a very positive experience and I’ll definitely be returning!

I placed my order on the 27th October with an estimated delivery of 4-14 days and it’s still not arrived (today is the 18th November) I emailed on the 10th November and got a response to say it was still within the delivery window, the pictures were in stock and Breeze were working to get it to me. I’ve emailed 3 times since and no response. It’s now been 3 weeks. Frustratingly the pictures are now available on other sites at better prices, so it’s more expensive and I’m still pictureless. I have asked for either a delivery date or to cancel, but no response as of yet. I just want to know what’s going on.
Avoid this company. I wouldn't order from them again.
I ordered an item 2 weeks ago, expecting it to be delivered between 4 and 14 days.l as stated on their emails and website.
I sent several emails requesting an update, and their customer team as of today continues to fail to provide evidence of dispatch and tracking numbers.
Their responses are vague at the best, and on day 14, I have yet to see any proof of dispatch or delivery while they continue to make excuses.
Since they failed to provide evidence of dispatch, I had to raise a case with PayPal and request a refund. If this query isn't resolved by the end of this week, I will have to escalate this matter further.

Took payment despite not having item to deliver. Only admitted this when chased. Awaiting refund still...
I was well looked after when I went to the shop (which I understand is now closed unfortunately). A lady called Mags or Mads helped me out and when I didn't make a purchase on my first visit I was still dealt with professionally. I am going to order some chairs online and hope they are of a similar good quality.
Ordered something over 2 weeks ago an no response on delivery. Not impressed, is this company real?

Communication is terrible it took 6 mails before i have an answer to where my order was. I was told it was on its way, followed by an email saying they had no stock but were expecting some the flowing week. Low and behold it still didn’t arrive, 3 emails later after i cancelled the payment i has a snotty email saying were cancelling my order! here we are 3 weeks after and still no refund.
No i wouldn’t use again or recommend.
10/10 would recommended such an easy process to order. I bought a mirror for my daughters room and she loves it. Fast and easy delivery and cheap for the quality of the product
I bought a dining room table and chairs from Breeze. The service i received from Breeze Furnishings was fantastic from the minute I placed the order to delivery. Very professional and friendly service.

This is my second review in a month. First review I gave was very poor as there was little or no communication with the company over my lamp purchase and I was chasing information all the time. Finally I got hold of a lady called Mags who was extremely apologetic and took on board all my concerns. From this point on I was kept fully informed about dates, delivery etc. and also had information backed up on email. I received my beautiful lamp today and got a follow up call from Mags to ensure everything was sorted. So today I am very pleased and can report that despite initial difficulties the company and particularly Mags have proved they are genuine and do care about their customers and a good service.

Swift ordering process from a vast range of beautiful, amazing quality furniture, communication was perfect updating me on my order and when delivery would be. Delivery was nothing short of perfect. Amazing company with amazing, extremely helpful staff. Wouldn’t use anyone else!!!

Cannot express enough my disgust at the way this business treats you. I placed an in stock order, they took my money. I had no email confirmation of order number. They responded once to an email to give me this but have since ignored all other emails. Try phoning and the phone rings out and cuts off. My husband managed to speak to a person once who was going to call back same day... Yes you guessed it, no call. I have no response,no tracking number or courier details and no goods. They have my
money so I have now placed in the credit cards hands to get my money back. I will not be buying from them again. Wish I had read on here first as sadly it seems I am not the only one.

My husband also managed to get through by phone to a lady on Tuesday 4th August giving her again our name, postal address and postcode, order number and date of order 21st July along with our home phone number.
You have had all the information several times and only chosen to respond when I placed my review.
I am now on holiday and not prepared to spend it going backwards and forwards messaging when you have had 8 opportunities to resolve this prior to my review. As stated it is with my credit card company and I would like the money I paid in good faith to you for goods you have not provided returned to my account. Can I suggest you search your deleted emails folder. Thank you.

Ordered a lamp for my parents. Ended up that they’d never had it in stock so I had to chase up after the delivery window passed to be told this. It’s not been 5 weeks and still not had any update on a promised refund … avoid!
This company were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish... Thank you so much. Very happy
