Fantastic company great service couldn't be more helpful with my order will be back

Ordered 9th Dec, said delivery would be by 29th Dec. Still nothing received - you email they ignore you! AVOID

I ordered on the 22 of December but did not receive them until last week.
I know it was over Christmas but they should have processed the order sooner.
But I'm really pleased with my cushions.

I could not be happier with the sideboard and the service. The delivery was so quick, it was delivered within days and it looks like it has always been in the house. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. The customer service from placing the order to delivery in person was excellent. I would not hesitate to order from Breeze Home Furnishings again.

I would like to send a huge thank you to Mags. My order was delayed by the supplier Willis and Gambier, in desperation I telephoned Breeze and Mags answered the phone. She took all the details, Gave me updates in two consecutive phone calls and made sure that my furniture delivered within two days of our conversation.
if you have a problem, she is the girl to sort it for you and whatever they are paying her, it's not enough!

Excellent service especially as late order pre Christmas. Beautiful table lamp significantly cheaper than other High St retailers.

Beautiful lamp. Easy to assemble. Very well packaged. Had to wait a long time between placing the order and receiving the delivery.

Be warned that, similar to other reviews on this site, the company does not have an effective stock management system integrated with its website meaning you could order something that was showing as in stock (and pay the full amount) but then get emailed afterwards saying the product is not in stock.

This appears similar to other reviews on here, and happened to me this weekend. I ordered a product from the website and made full payment at the time (£1,300) as the item was showing as in stock, but then received the following email a few days later:

“Good afternoon and thank you for your very ind order unfortunately we are now out of stock of this sideboard , we apologise for this, we have canceled your order and have issued you with a refund , this can take three to five working days to process, once again please accept our sincere apologies”

I would recommend the company invest in its systems if this problem seems to recur on a regular basis.

I have just received my fabulous garden furniture that was purchased from Breeze. After shopping around Breeze came up with the best price and service by far. A special thanks goes to Maggie who was soooo helpful to me. Looked after in a professional and friendly manner and 2 weeks later furniture arrived.. Thanks again.

Great communication from the team about my order from the start

Couldn't fault breezefurnishings, I was renovating a 5 bedroom house and was in need of some inspiration. I called breeze and explained this to a lovely lady ( I think was called mags) who chatted to me for ages and gave me some fantastic ideas. She also sent me a 14 day unique code to go on one of her suppliers websites to browse there 1000's of products which was a massive help to me, thanks mags that was a great touch and made my shopping experience feel quite special.
Again what's to fault!
I ended up ordering 5 items from breezefurnishings and they are top quality, me and my husband love them.

Spent £700 on a parasol made by Maze. 13 months on (having used it about 10 times) the cover is broken (zip snapped under light use) and the solar lights don;t work.

They tell me they are unwilling to do anything as it only had a 12 month warranty.

Absolutely shocking standard of service.

Breeze Furnishings kept me informed when my order was delayed and interaction with them was easy and helpful.

I ordered the cascading leaf wall light and enquired about the fixing of the plug, the breeze assistant called back straight away with the information I wanted. I was kept up to date with my order at all times including delivery information. Such a very pleasant company to shop with.
