I have been buying home brew kits from Brewco for quite a long time now, and never had any problems what so ever. They are a brilliant company to deal with.

Great business approach
I ordered some products from this company first time trying to make my own wine (I was blessed with the grapes harvest this year 🙏)
The delivery was fast. Everything packed properly (some of the items were glass bottles).
I had a minor issue with one of the items, but it was resolved very fast. I spoke to Oliver. He was polite and professional. He also gave me some tips on how to wash Demijohns. I will be ordering from them in the future. Great guys! Highly recommend them!

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. The measure of a company is how they respond when things go wrong. I had a kit with a stuck ferment, excellent communication from Brewco and the end result is the kit is being replaced I couldnt ask for more.

Bit of a disaster
Bit of a disaster. Totally forgot the order. Then finally despatched it using DPD. I was on holiday and they left it on my front doorstep in.full view of street despite being a safe place defined.Luckily a neighbour brought it in for me.I will use again and hopefully it'll be better. All make mistakes.
