Brian Gavin Diamonds Avis

Amazing responsiveness and amazing products delivered in an amazing package with love and care

Excellent customer service and beautiful jewelry.

My ring is like new now for years thanks!

I've coveted this ring for ages, and it's every bit as elegant, sparkly, and beautiful as I'd hoped it would be. It's low-profile, lightweight, and smooth. I can't even tell I'm wearing it. So comfortable!! In love!!

As with previous orders, the work was fantastic and just what we were looking for. The quality of diamond cut is so critical and we are thrilled about the lab diamond and setting. Nice work BGD!

I just received my ring today and it is absolutely GORGEOUS!! The customer service is top notch and the diamond is perfect! I would absolutely recommend!!

Best experience. And blown away by the craftsmanship. I knew it would be nice based on other reviews but it turned out even better than expected. I’d recommend working with Emily J if you can. She was very helpful and went above and beyond. I will certainly be a repeat customer!

I cannot say enough good things about Brian Gavin Diamonds. This is the my 10th time purchasing from them. The workmanship is outstanding and the cut of the diamonds is better than I have ever seen. My first purchase was a Cape Diamond (color M) and it even shines in the dark. Love it!

My latest purchase was the 810 ring custom made for my emerald cut diamond. The ring is stunning and so beautiful on my finger. I really, REALLY cannot say enough good things about the quality.

The process was so easy and I have worked with Emily Johnson for each of my purchased.

Never hesitate to buy online from Brian Gavin Diamonds. Spectacular work, truly outstanding customer service and quality diamonds!

I had a great experience planning and purchasing a 3 carat, 3 prong tennis bracelet. Emily was a pleasure to work with- super informative and helpful. My bracelet perfectly complements my dream wedding band. The quality and workmanship is unmatched.

Great selection and impressive customer service! The stone we received was beautiful and top quality. You get what you pay for is true and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brian Gavin! Also Leslie I want to thank you personally for your lightning fast customer service. I will definitely purchase from you again whenever that time comes!

Easy to use site, quality product, we love it.

Beautiful diamond cut and setting (quadex in handmade bezel setting pendant).

Was recommended Brian Gavin by a friend - my experience couldn't be better. Had an issue with my order which was resolved excellently and timely. The diamond I ordered for my Fiancé arrived quickly, well packaged, and without any issues. Thank you!

Edit: Special thanks to Katie! - she really topped off the experience with excellent service, communication, and friendly attitude.

Bought my wife’s engagement ring 7 years ago and love everything about this company. Just got a ring resized and still feel the same about the company from customer service, product, and policy.

Emily helped me with upgrading the diamond in my engagement ring made by Brian Gavin Diamonds 15 years ago. She gave great advice in picking a new stone. Instead of setting the new diamond in the original setting, they replaced the original diamond with a lab diamond and replicated the ring for the new larger diamond. They were able to make the bands, which have 20 tiny diamonds in them, identical to each other. Both rings are perfect in every way! The lab diamond is as beautifully cut and sparkly as the natural diamond. I think this is my fifth custom-made purchase from them and I'm already working on purchase six. Their custom jewelry work is always impeccable, just as their diamonds are.

Had a ring I loved (no stones in it) and always wanted to own a Quadex--BGD was so very helpful in placing the Quadex I purchased on the existing ring (and design of existing ring made it 'tricky' to get it right).

Love my new stone/old ring combo. The sparkle/fire of the Quadex is amazing.

Katie was incredibly helpful, insightful and patient during the process of selecting earrings for my wife’s birthday. I highly recommend Katie and Brian Gavin to anyone in the market for diamond jewelry.

Always a great experience at Brian Gavin Diamonds. Katie always gives us great advice and is incredibly helpful. Honestly, when it comes to jewelry or diamond questions, Katie is always my first and only choice now. She has helped me with several purchases now and my wife is always very very happy. Happy wife, happy life!
