Wonderful experience

After looking for about 5 years for garden furniture. I walked into the Bridgemans Enfield showroom and saw the set-up of my dreams. I had done a lot of research on garden furniture over the years, and I knew their furniture was well-made. My main criteria were that it looked good and was comfortable. This ticked both boxes. Delivery was super quick as I was local. Paul was very helpful in the showroom. And talking to the customer service today was a breeze. Thank you.

Mr Nawaz was very helpful.

Mr Nawaz was very helpful when we visited his store in Walton on Thames. He spent time helping us to decide which furniture to buy and then completing the paper work. Despite a problem with one of the chairs purchased Mr Nawaz dealt with the replacement chair to be delivered to us in a very effective and efficient way.

Wow!

Wow, Bridgman were fantastic, paid for Marseille table and eight chairs on Sunday with delivery just a few days later. Edita was amazing with her advice on which set to purchase. So pleased, so comfortable, looks amazing. Huge thank you Edita.
Delivered by Pinnacle, also fantastic, no problem
by the two lads and it was quite a slope for them to take the furniture.
I will be back for other furniture.

Ali delivered my lovely new garden…

Ali delivered my lovely new garden furniture today. So so pleased with it all and the service and delivery. Professional, friendly and tidy, put furniture exactly where I wanted it and took all packaging and rubbish away. Overjoyed with my new garden set up. Bridgman excellent as always. This is one of many sets I have purchased over the years from them.

We bought the Monaco Garden Dining set…

We bought the Monaco Garden Dining set with 6 chairs for our larger patio, and liked it so much that we have now purchased the 4-seater version for our morning coffee and newspaper read. It is perfect. The chairs are so comfortable that we often forget that we should be getting on with our day. Harry was more than helpful with this and also advised when we also bought bags to keep the cushions in during the winter months. An excellent experience throughout.

Kensington combines both a traditional as well as contemporary look

We were looking to replace our ancient teak furniture to compliment a recent kitchen extension - and having seen a Kensington Bridgman set in someone else's garden, I'm afraid nothing else we saw came close in terms of aesthetics, comfort & quality.

Having laid a fairly contemporary porcelain tiled patio to an otherwise traditional arts & drafts house, the Kensington set works in perfect harmony with the two; couldn't be more delighted.

Harry at the Walton On Thames show room was both professional & supportive and also made himself very available over what was a tricky Christmas period.

Delivery was timed entirely to our schedule several weeks later. Very happy; thank you :)

Awful customer service

I bought a £2600 daybed from the website 9 days ago. I get an email this morning saying "it's not in stock, but we have a damaged ex-display model available with a £200 discount, but there are no warranties or refunds".
No customer in their right mind would accept this. It is terrible customer service, and is a terrible offer for an expensive item. Very poor indeed.

We did attempt to contact you last week regarding the stock issue; however, due to a technical problem on our end, our emails were unfortunately not being sent. This was only resolved recently, which is why you received the update later than intended. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been.

As the daybed available was an ex-display model, it would not have come with a warranty, and while we offered a £300 partial refund to reflect the imperfections, we were unfortunately unable to meet your request for a 50% discount, and we appreciate that this was not suitable for you.

Your order has now been fully refunded, and you should receive this within 3–5 working days.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

My order has been completed

My order has not been completed and I've been unable to get a delivery date. Waiting for over a week for an update.

Final part of order satisfactorily delivered on 15th April. Apart from the lack of delivery schedule update, I'm happy with the product and service.

Great service!!

Great service!!! Really helpful couldn’t recommend them more. The product is really good, I ordered 8 garden chairs from the them 10 years ago and they are still as good as new but felt it was time to renew the cushions as they had slightly faded from them being left out in the sun ☀️ over the past 10 years. They do replacement cushions and Bruno was amazing at getting them ordered and they were delivered with on days!! Great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
