Socal provides excellent service & great prices
Socal provide an excellent service to their customers; from being able to purchase gas cylinders simply online through to prompt delivery within a couple of days all at a very competitive price.
The only suggestion for improvement is if they could send an email or text message letting their customers know their order is out for delivery would be really helpful. Our cylinders are behind a locked gate, so we need to know whether to leave it unlocked.

The service was great, I received my purchase in less than 24hrs from ordering. Was a little hesitant about the payment system. I wanted to pay using my credit card, and I had to do this via the PayPal portal (I don’t have a PayPal account) but all worked out fine without creating an account.

Had difficulty with my PayPal so called up to enquire about a yeti cooler. The guy on the phone was super helpful 10/10 customer service. Delivery arrived in less than 24 hours!
Highly recommend and nice to support a smaller business.

Weber pizza stone
The ordering process was a little clunky but eventually got it to accept the details provided and paid. Next day delivery arrived when they said it would. Huge amount of packaging compared to the size of the item. Opened up the product box to check it wasn’t broken. Product is intact but one end of the box was very wet so glad I noticed that before picking it up, otherwise it might have fallen out of the box and cracked it. Guessing the product has been stored in a damp location. Apart from that, all good. Can’t argue with the price paid
