Awful company !!!!!!!
Have used this company previously, but this time they have been absolutely awful !!!!!!
Paid for 3 days cover, found out an hour later that I didn't need the cover (my car was fixed). The cover was cancelled, but no refund given.
So have had to pay for 3 days cover without the need to use it and no refund.
Have now got a complaint logged, with a response time of 80 days ..... DO NOT USE !!!
UPDATE : As of the 10th September, not even had an official acknowledgement of my complaint, other than the basic response below. Am paying the balance to stop the Credit Control team calling me and threatening Debt Collection. However I wonder if the person writing the review response, would feel if they paid for something, that they found out (within and hour and a half) that they didn't need, and didn't get a refund, or a complaint acknowledgement. Absolute joke !!!

To clarify, our temporary insurance policies can be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 seconds before the policy start time. Once cover has started, however, the policy cannot be cancelled or refunded, whether used or unused. This is standard practice for short-term insurance products across the industry and is outlined in the policy terms before purchase.
We appreciate that discovering you no longer needed the cover shortly after it had started is frustrating. Unfortunately, once the policy is active, we're unable to provide full or partial refunds.
We can see you've already logged a complaint, and this will be reviewed in line with our complaints process. We understand the timescales may feel lengthy, but your concerns will be fully investigated and responded to as quickly as possible.

And joy she was successful! You are only as good as the men and woman you put infront of your business representative of your company, this one needs a promotion with a raise. This company are rubbish
This company are rubbish, have given the wrong vehicle type to reg number, the phone cuts off as soon as anyone picks up, the chat bot will not give any advice only the same message what ever your question. try to do a change via the portal, done in 15 mins, no changes done, then I find they have also only have cover for one day when I selected 3 days, crap company DO NOT USE,

I had an issue with my policy cover and…
I had an issue with my policy cover and spoke to various agents to try and get this resolved. After speaking with Josh he was able to review all the details and in a timely manner, get to the bottom of the situation and find a solution fast. Very professional and polite and if it wasn’t for him I would have likely not used briefly again. Other agents need better training hence 4 star review.

The customer service was great…
The customer service was great especially the web chat with Justin and 5 star however I passed my manual driving test from automatic while I had a policy out with briefly and told them and they were going to cancel my policy if I did not cancel it myself before so It gave me no problems with future insurance as my pass date has changed on the back of my licence even though I am still using the same automatic car

It was super easy to set up online. Live chat was quite easy to speak to and its nice to know they were able to contact on a Saturday. Megan the advisor was quick with her responses and clear + friendly. The queue time wasn't too long to wait as well. 10/10 service and would highly recommend using their services.
