No telephone number to contact, the bots do not have the flexibility to deal with this possibility, and no email with the policy has arrived.

We do send policy documents via email - please check your junk folder in case it has ended up there. You can additionally access your documents via the customer portal. You will have been sent an email with a link to access, or you can click on 'forgot password?' on the customer portal page (https://portal.brieflycover.co.uk/) to be sent a new link to your email address.
If you haven't received any emails from us then you may have provided us with an incorrect email. Please contact our webchat (available via any page on the website) and they can help.

Sorry to hear you have had issues receiving your policy documents. Ordinarily you would be emailed them as well as being able to view them in your portal account.

Took out an impound policy which i then found out i didnt need. I requested a refund for the £299 on the same day and they said they would not issue the refund for the policy.

We understand your situation and appreciate you contacted us as soon as possible after purchasing your policy. However, impound insurance policies are arranged on a non-refundable basis.
As outlined in our Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA) and FAQs, once an impound policy is placed on cover, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds.
Impound is a policy that is frequently purchased by people who have had their car seized for not driving with insurance. Once the car has been released from the police compound, which can happen within hours of a policy purchase, the utility of the insurance drops. These particular customers could get a refund and drive uninsured again
We recognise that circumstances can change quickly in these situations, but the policy terms are applied consistently for all customers.
