This is a shell. The same person "Margaret" will email you back about a week later with a message that you can pay $21 and get a new size but you cannot get your money back, choose a different shoe or exchange the shoe they shipped you for a new size Definitely a foreign company. I would have rated lower if I thought anyone would see it. Obviously they are paying for reviews

I have traversed difficult terrain with steep inclines and declines and not a single slip during my adventure. The fit was perfect allowed my toes to splay in the shoe. Offered plenty of protection while being able to feel the ground.

These shoes are fantastic. I am starting my barefoot shoe journey and needed a pair of trail shoes. Ordering and shipping were easy, and I wear them daily when taking my dogs for their walks in the woods on our property. These have helped build strength in my feet and I love the extra sensory input too.

BRIGHT FOOTWEAR AND INSOLES ARE THE BEST. I HAVE BEEN WEARING THE SHOES AND RECENTLY ADDED INSOLES WHEN I GOT A FREE PAIR. I LOVE THE SHOES AND THE INSOLES ARE REALLY A BLESSING. I WOULD RECOMMEND BOTH. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN BUT VERY ACTIVE SO BRIGHT FOOTWEAR IS PERFECT FOR ME.

Customer service is excellent. They kept me informed on my order status. Product is packaged really nice. Shoes run one size small, order up one size.

I love the way they feel on walks under an hour and for my boxing classes. I did a lot today (boxing and a walk in the woods) and my feet were really tired. I have high arches and a 2 hour walk in the woods on small rocks and tree roots, the balls of my feel were reall sore but no pain anywhere else. Also, they seem to run a little big (my sister experienced that too).

I have small feet so I shop in the kids section. I ordered black kids and have been wearing them everyday. I really like them. I am now waiting for the white and pink ones I ordered to show up.

I found the product I was looking for and received the shoes in a reasonable time frame.

No problems with delivery.

The shoes are amazing. They got delivered to my neighbors house a block away, but thank God my neighbor took the time to find me. But that issue would be with the delivery company, not the shoe company. I've had no foot, ankle or knee pain since I started wearing them.
