We had great experience with Bright Advice again! Brian Gibson was in touch well in advance to secure a good rate for re-mortgage, provided thorough advice in a friendly yet professional way.

Evie & Gabriella were 2nd to none!

Been a bit of a rollercoaster experience & had a few mortgage brokers suggest to us the impossibility of being able to move forward with a mortgage, due to the unique circumstances of our specific case.

Well, Gabriella & Evie put them all to shame & never made it seem complicated or unique at all. Couldn't recommend them or praise them more highly!

I have used Bright Advice for the past 12 years and I have 2 mortgages! I am a single person and find Mortgages, Insurances and financial pressures very stressful at times. Dave, Gabriella and the whole team has made it totally stress free and continue to go far above and beyond their duties. Having dealt with Andrew from Mortgage by Design we were looking forward to discussing our new mortgage requirements with James from Bright.

Unfortunately there were some delays in receiving mortgage information, where we had to chase James and the delay in receiving the information and finally agreeing on our new mortgage left us with having to pay for a Solicitor, whereby in the past, Andrew has managed to avoid these extra charges.

We did feel on occasion that the mortgage seemed to be more of a sales pitch rather than a collaborative approach to the best deal for us, however that could be because we were used to dealing with Andrew.

If we were to use Brighton again, I would like to think that the process is quicker and our want, of specifically not paying for a solicitor is taken into consideration. When we were told that ‘We’ had left it too late to go for a free Solicitor, this left us feeling quite aggrieved as this was totally not our fault as we had been chasing James for progress and updates throughout.

On the flip side the Solicitors, were excellent and kept us in the loop throughout via their on line portal, so the actual application and uploading of documents was easy.

Straight forward helpful advice, they work to sensible timescales ahead of mortgage renewal dates etc so the decisions aren't rushed. Recommend

We were recommended Bright advice by a friend and he said they were good but they were actually amazing! A professional and caring team that made us feel in very safe hands. Brian our broker guided us through the purchase of our first home. He made sure to get us the best mortgage rate and kept us informed every time the rates improved.
