Second onboarding session
We had a second more informative meeting where Mahek went through at length Bright Safe and Bright HR.
She was very knowledgeable and took her time with Both the Dr and me as we are very new to all the components in the areas of templates and setting things up for the clinic. I would personally recommend her to anyone. The only negative comment is the microphone on her headset is sometimes hard to hear what she is saying

Great Learning Session with Practical Insights
This was a very clear and well-structured learning session. The host was friendly, patient, and extremely supportive throughout. I found it very useful, especially in showcasing new ways to store employee information and documents. The platform itself seems simple and easy to use.
