They were excellent in sorting out a replacement freezer and delivered it within 2 hours. Everone involved were polite and helpful.

We were talked through the freezer options over the phone, then that afternoon, our old one was removed and new one installed by a really helpful young man
Will be back again the next time we need an appliance

In need of an under counter freezer, Alex made every effort to find me the right one at the right price point. The owner promptly delivered when it came into stock. Friendly, local business.
